RDLs with knee bend 3 x 10-20
Machine hip thrusts 6 x 15-25
Abductor machine 4 x 10-20

      saw that you already did that. got distracted by that delicious femboy ass my Black person. my bad Black person. Idk how you arent getting gains from it. have you maxed out the machine? If yes change gym or go past failure

      also as another anon said it looks like a lot of junk volume.
      I would focus on just two of those excercises per session, one of them being the ass machine, and then do ass more often. do progressive overload or become a self loathing monster who loves pain (in the ass which a twink should like)

      also it doesn't matter get over it, plenty of attractive women have it. unironically you have to take hrt for full fat redistribution to *maybe* get rid of hip dips.

      also cut for thinner waist, cut until you have abs or around 18-20%

    Way too much junk volume, especially with that many sets. I garuntee you could cut out half of those sets and reps and make 3 times the progress.

    That being said, please drop where i can see more of that ass
