Would it be based to buy one tricep rope handle on Amazon, carry it inside my bag and proceed to use it for my routine and then get it back into my bag? I love putting my triceps and abs to work with these and I hate not being able to use it during the small time frame I have to go to the gym.

The destroyed ones have better grip in my experience. You probably should buy one if you hate using the gym's one.

What I hate is waiting for the only one available tricep rope handle that obviously is being used almost all the time by somebody. With two ropes I could manage. But with one it's ridiculous having to wait until the guy using it and the next one finish.

I know anon, you just have to adapt to survive, maybe time to learn to dips if you got parallettes at the gym and headstands on those if you are not an obese powershitter.

What sort of commercial gym has parallettes? How autistic do you want to look in public?

Just bring one. Better yet, b***h at the gym staff to get another one in the meantime, say you pay for your membership but don't have access to all of the equipment they're supposed to have.

A lot of fitness/exercise oriented type gyms with basic equipment usually has a bar attached to a wall or rings etc somewhere or even just a chin up bar.

Autistic? People actually think its cool though if you are able to do that shit. They just hate to admit.

                >autistic
bro, there is no easier way to show physical fitness than doing really basic arm movements while hanging.
Your deadlift? phtt no one gives a shit, not one person.

You see that shit show American Ninja Warrior?
Some homosexual hangs from something like a monkey and he has over a million women dropping their panties that day.
It's by far the least autistic thing you can do.
If anything lifting weights is the autistic direction.

Just grab the cable itself. Do them one at a time and you don't even need the rope for pulldowns anymore.

Unironically yes, if they screw you out of your money that hard and lie about getting the equipment and it doesn't show up fast enough, their fault you bring your own equipment that there should be.

i have a bag of tons of shit i carry.
1lb pl8s, 2.5pl8s, wrist wraps, hang claws, brace, tricep rope, tons of shit m8.
    No shame in it.

I use the tricep rope for face pulls because the gym never has extra long ones so i can't do it with proper form.

Just buy two or three on Amazon and donate them to the gym, then every one wins. They're not expensive and you'll be the new gym hero.

My gym is a chain gym (McFit) so its equipment is mediocre at best but I get it at a discounted price so I can't really complain. But having your own stuff means you never have to search or wait or frickers to finish their 58th set.

Sometimes you have no choice. I buy and bring my own clips because my gym for some reason buys the cheapest shittest ones available.

I do this with barbell clips. Gym always lost them or something. I guess someone was stealing them for home gyms idk, but we have a dozen barbell benches, cages, squat racks etc but only 2 sets of clips. I just bring my own.

What advantage does that grip offer? Other than accumulating bacteria, virus, fungi, sweat and dead skin from other people and rubbing it in your hands. You can do full ROM triceps pushdowns with literally every attachment.

Maybe the "tricep rope" filename in the OP confused me, but why would that matter when doing triceps.

it feels more natural and easier on the wrists, but to each his own
