Personally I prefer symmetric strength, since their standards are pretty static and based largely off records that have been done in competition settings.
I mean think about it, some butthole who squats 2 inches down is putting that in as his actual squat weight. A bunch of folks doing that on strengthlevel will actually shift the number up, but it won't move symmetric strength.
