    >10k profit on business (seems both low as frick based on UK minimum wage but also high as frick because it seems absurd people would pay me for my goods)

I'm curious, what do you mean by no sugar? I'm considering it too but I'm not sure where to draw the line. Cutting out processed slop is ez but my protein powder has sugar in it, as do certain sauces I use for cooking

        >where to draw the line
        refined/purified sugars

Pretty much all added sugar, including homebaked stuff. I'm a fricking addict, if I indulge even slightly I end up losing the plot and binging. Fruit in its complete form is fine, carbs are fine assuming they aren't processed, anything else is verboten.

        >protein powder has sugar in it, as do certain sauces I use for cooking
You're probably fine here anon, it all depends on your reasons for doing. A little sugar here and there isn't gonna hurt, it's mainly the hyper palatable goyslop that I'm concerned with.

My only fitness goal is to achieve the ability to perform 10 consecutive slow push ups with near perfect form. I can't even do one.

My 2023 resolution was to start lifting after living my whole life as a frail skeleton. I started and I still haven't quit. This year I want to spend less time playing video games and more time working on improving my artistic skills that have begun to decline after years of neglect.

      >improving my artistic skills
you mean furry porn, don't you?

No, I'm a normal person. I want to improve at figure drawing to the point that I can construct anatomically correct people from imagination. I don't expect to reach that point in a single year though. It's a long term goal.

Proko, Vilppu, and Steve Huston are like roids for figure drawing skills.

You can find their video courses for free on /ic/ occasionally.

          Godspeed artbro.

Be able to bench 275lbs for reps. Finish learning to play the entire Black Sabbath Paranoid album from start to end, only have Fairies Wear Boots and Planet Caravan left. Also hopefully move on from her, it’s been nearly 3 years now ffs

--Continue running 55-60 miles per week (already doing).
--Keep lifting, but steadily increase my weight and reps (already lifting, but too slow to increase).
--No alcohol or foods with added sugar (already doing, keep it up).
    --Take my supplements EVERY day.
--Get more regular haircuts, wear clothes that fit (not doing, I'd look much better if I did).
--Meditate daily, read divine wisdom, become a living god.

I also write out lists like this anon. I find that it really helps.
I used to do it on a whiteboard too but now I just open a notepad on my PC everytime I want to plan something out or reiterate on a goal/mindset that I want to stick to.
      Good luck buddy.

    1. Move out of my country
    2. Start looking like I lift
    3. Find a job that I am not overqualified for
    4. Talk to at least one girl seriously

If I can accomplish 2 things from this list this year, I would consider it a success.
