    Why are you posting and not lifting? I fricking HATE New Years resolution gays shitting up my gym, using shitty form, fricking 10 minute breaks between each set, taking up all the benches, taking up two machines at once, staring at me because I grunt and lift grown ass man weight while they struggle with lifting their own tiny wieners. Either get serious, and actually work out and stick with it for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE or stfu and stay out of the gym.

      I feel bad. I'm NYR-gayging. I used to lift in college, but I've had a bunch of medium excuses why I haven't lifted for the last 5ish years.

      But, I've been getting up early this year, and just running Stronglifts 5x5

    i will soon as well, I just need to buy some gym clothes, order some preworkout, get some supplements, set up a plan, grow a few inches taller, hire a trainer, build my workout playlist, and select which tier gym membership I want. It's so close I can't wait!

    I lost a lot of weight last year and i've been lifting mostly to maintain muscle I have, but i'm still dyel as frick. How bad is a month long dirty bulk going to be for me? I was hoping noob gains would eat up most of the excess calories so i'm considering it for my first real attempt at bulking. I'm sure I can fast off any excess fat within a week.

    OP if you can't bring yourself to do it NOW you will fail. Don't seek validation for things you haven't done. Getting into your running shoes doesn't count as taking a step forward. When I decided to sign up for the gym, I didn't wait for new years, I didn't wait to stuff my face full so "next week I'll go on a diet", I just went and signed up, then walked in and worked out. It's very simple. You just have to do it. You HAVE to, otherwise your body will see you can get dopamine without trying and you will eventually fail. Also, DON'T TELL ANYONE THAT YOU ARE LIFTING UNLESS THEY ASK. That's a very important step. Good luck, but if you don't work out until next week, then frick you
