    Unironically start somewhere. I was lost almost 40kg and I am in great shape.
    Get your diet right. Don't listen to these other morons. Drink a fuckload of water. Eat eggs, meat, organs, dairy, fruit, coconut, salt, honey, and nothing else. Literally nothing else. No alcohol. No processed anything, no sugar, no grains, nothing.
    Track your tdee (Google it) and make sure you're getting enough macronutrients and take a multivitamin.
    Start with a 30 min walk a day 6 days a week and a basic calisthenics routine 6 days a week.
    Start with 3 sets of 10 if you can and work your way up to 5×25.
    Monday/Thursday push-ups and dips
    Tuesday/Friday Pull Ups, and bodyweight rows
    Wednesday/Saturday squat, lunge, wall sit to failure, Calf raises to failure, shoulder press and shoulder raise with whatever weights or makeshift weights you have.
    Do abs every workout day. I recommend just looking up an ab routine on darebee
    Make sure you get enough sleep 8 hours minimum at night and a mid day nap for 20-45 mins if you can.
    Stay consistent and when this is too easy for you then you're ready for the gym, the weights, the cardio. Etc.
    If you have the money and access to the gym and/or this is already to easy then decide on your goals. If you want aesthetics then follow a bodybuilding type routine and don't neglect cardio because you need to lose fat.
    If you have access to a sauna and swimming pool 10-15mins of each 6 days a week would also be good for you.

      I think I have a similar body type, the "pear" shaped one, although I never let myself get to such a bad place like you did. I just don't let myself get fat under any circumstance. Pic related is from last year. Even if I'm currently skinny, I just need to put a little bit of weight to get a massive spare tire around my waist. This is aesthetically solvable by working your upper body. A large back/chest/shoulder will make your waist look normal.
      tl;dr: Lift weights and lose weight.

      If OP can do some kind of intermittent fasting it will probably help. I got used to eating one meal a day 5 years ago and it changed my life to the better so much it's unreal. Granted this works for me, might not work for other people oversocializing eating out with friends twice a day.

      Do people unironically talk shit about keto on IST? Kek, when I used to come here 10 years ago people loved it. That and the EC stack. There's nothing wrong with keto. Just follow a diet that makes sense to you and your body and keep a close eye on macro nutrients and calories.

      I want to clarify the diet. I didn't forget veggies. Don't eat them. I also don't recommend tomatoes, peppers, or night shade of any kind.
      Also if you have access to farms or farmers, get their stuff instead of a supermarket.
      Frozen fruit and supermarket meat is fine if you're on a budget but if you know a farmer or hunter, use their stuff.
      Wild food and high quality organic free range natural diet organs/meat/dairy/eggs are superior.
      Also there are spammers who will inevitably call this Keto. It is not keto. Keto doesn't allow the fruit and honey I am suggesting and not in those amounts.
      I'd also recommend regular fasting if you have the time and energy. A couple days fasting every month or two can be good for you.

    I bin liftin 4 years now and im look even worse than that. I bin tried everything even got my self a personal trainer but all he did was laugh at me because i cannot finish one leg raise. I bin on TRT for 5 months now but it aint not gettin any better at all.
    I don think its possible to change body composition anymore once u bin fucked by low testosteron (probaly from meds) during puberty.
    if it happens later in life then there might be way to reverse it but its during puberty ur fucked like me

    Then my dad stepped in and I've been taken away fro my mother because of child abuse.
