      Logging and lifting

      What tendon in particular?

No idea, on my left it's above the elbow and on my right it's below, where the triceps join the elbow

inflammation (and pain, duh) may take a few days to subside

Heavy eccentric pushdown 3x8 three times per week for the tricep tendon. Using the one arm rubber grip handle, grip it with one hand normally, and use your other hand to push down to assist with the concentric. Use a weight that would normally be a little too heavy for you with one arm and let it down slowly over 5 seconds per rep. Fixed my tricep tendinopathy. I'm having trouble understanding the other tendon you mean though. Like in your forearm?

          I'd say it's the brachioradialis

Same methodology but using a dumbbell hammer curl instead if that's actually the tendon

Shit didn't hear that part, I'm moronic

Doesn't PPL mean you're using your elbow joints two consecutive days (push/pull)?

I guess it does but wouldn't it not matter since the movement isn't the same?

IASTM a couple hours a month, self myofascial release with some type of firm ball or roller on forearm and tricep, or general upper body active/passive stretching of tricep/lats/pecs/forearms

From now on allow 48 hours of recovery between workouts

And rub on this stuff an hour before you go to sleep

I run a PPL split, doesn't that allow for 72hours between muscles groups?

Years of dedicated practice and focus. Kind of like lifting it takes consistency and proper practice to reach a goal for any type of skill you want. That's an engraving though btw, not a drawing. Get yourself some fine chisels, some rock or wood depending on the chisels you could get a hold of, and start practicing

Nothing you can really do with tendonitis. It sucks and is one of the most frustrating problems but rest is the only thing that will help. Rest until it's gone.

      >Nothing you can do, just rest til its gone
And it will be back in no time again, you just have to PUSH THRU THE PAIN - heals that shit in just a few days

For me the solution was low intensity high reps triceps isolation exercises.

Before it i fricked my elbow so bad that a few of my fingers would get numb

tendonitis is basically chronic inflammation for a number of reasons
    watch this https://youtu.be/qgDxo17i-oc
I think to stretch, and I don't over train anymore
also I capsaicin cream and minty cream to help it
ironically the two worst things you can do are nothing and too much
