    Dude you're 6'2" and 153? You're a fricking lanklet holy shit.. you need to gain at least 50 pounds, make sure you get 150-200 grams of protein daily and lift 3 times a week. You're dangerously malnourished

        Eggs, butter, lean meat, vegetables, nuts, fruit, rice, pasta, milk, fish, lots of water, creatine daily... use a protein powder shake if you skip a meal/don't have time to cook that day

            Yeah the creatine is 5g (1 scoop) daily, it's simply to help you retain a bit more water and to slightly increase your strength and recovery. I'd recommend spacing out your food to 3-5 meals a day according to your macros. Eat a carb heavy meal before training, and a protein heavy meal after training

            I’m 6’1 and also 153 pounds because I have a short chest / long legs and my gut is too big to post on here without getting roasted

    Im 6'1 and used to be 60kg/132lbs and have now lean bulked to 77kg/170lbs. Currently trying to get to at least 80kg eating 3400kcal since I'm still 8-10% bf. My advice is to get a few high calorie meals you can enjoy each day, I eat 1000kcal oats and oat pancakes each day or chicken with fries or burritos.

    Post bod OP. I'm really curious what you look like. At my lowest I was 79kg and looked like I had lucked my way out of Treblinka.
    t. 188cm king of manlets (granpa was 205cm)

    Focus on building strength. While you have much more leeway than your average flabby frick, don't use the fact you're rail thin to put on unnecessary blubber. If you're gaining more than 1kg per month you're just getting fat.
    If you do everything right you should be able to gain 6kg of muscle and 4kg of fat in a year or so.

    3 year bulk to atleast 105kg while doing anything possible to progressive overload on deadlifts, squats, bench, OHP, dips and pull ups, meaning that you overload either with reps or weights but always more.
    During the first year keep away from heavy winds or snow fall
