          hello?
          I seasoned the pan (cast iron) and used cooking wine. I seasoned the meat with salt and peeper while it heated up. I heat each side for 5 minutes each with the vent on.
          Wrapped it in aluminum for 10 minutes. Steamed some broccoli. Put the meat in hamburger buns.
          Where did i go wrong? Just cause it doesn't look professional doesn't mean i did something you wouldn't.

        Your Broccoli is prepared improperly. Looks previously frozen. You want to give it a nice saute and make sure to salt it properly to help get rid of the excess water.

        Steak should be marinated or seasoned prior. Then sear it. Don't boil your steak. That defeats the purpose and you've paid extra money for what you could accomplish with cheaper cuts.

        Ignore the idiots telling you sear your food, it produces advanced glycation end products and oxidized fat when you cook. As long as your beef wasn't tough then you did fine for a solo meal.

    I've got a nice chuck roast in the fridge... Think I'm going to do beef stew on saturday. I just recently learned how to cook them.

    You just can cut it into like... 6's, season those 'cubes' of beef, and sear them on all sides. Then in a big pot, just do basic soup-style seasoning, beef broth, celery, onion, garlic. and a toss in some carrots, and potatoes.
