Greek Yogurt

Okay, is this stuff really as good as it seems? Been eating about a cup a day for weeks now and it's great, and the nutritional facts look fine. Is there some catch?

Is greek yoghurt good for gaining mass?

Bulking rn because I keep getting bullied by the high schoolers who loiter outside my local milk bar (inb4 underaged, I'm 30)

They call me a Susan and thow half drunk oak choccy milk cartons at me, their gfs sometimes flash their upper thighs and shout paedo if they catch me gazing as well, feels bad man.

I heard it's anabolic due to igf-1 spiking and caesin absorbs slowly so you have a constant protein source throughout the day. I hope I'll be less of a target if I'm a bit stronger and confident.

Pls respond, I can't take it any longer

Disgusting. Why would you buy that? Zero taste. Dairy far is good for you.

It's great. Only downside I can think is that it doesn't last very long in the fridge so you have to keep buying it every now and then.

So stop dipping your spoon that you’ve already put into your mouth into the container. That’s how you introduce bacteria. Only use a clean spoon to transfer some into a bowl.

Yogurt has already fermented when made, unless it has mold you are good to go even one year after the ~~*expiration date*~~

I season the shit out of a kilo of chicken breast, cook it with a bit of olive oil and the yogurt picks up all the seasoning when I dip into it. Just gotta mind the olive oil qty but otherwise its lean as frick

it's like $6 for 5 servings with about 20 grams of protein. It's not a great for the protein or calories. But it's not a bad probiotic. I find it works better as a base for various sauces and stuff to enhance the flavors of savory food than it does as like a breakfast food. Also get a lot more economy out of those $6 when you're eating you grilled chicken with tzatziki. (assuming you can't find sheep/goat milk yogurt)

      >tzatziki
      not really for meats tho
      except gyros
try it with french fries or any sort of fried vegetable

I rarely use it for tzatziki too lazy.
I just throw sumac in it to make it more sour, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic. Have to eat it before it separates though.

    It's nice I guess.
gaye is expensive as shit in the UK but the offbrand versions that you can find in stores like Lidl and Aldi are fairly cheap.
    I personally prefer Arla Skyr.
