Nutritionists don't have real jobs, and you're not a doctor. Their job requires 0 critical thinking and 0 real research into their area of expertise. All they do is memorize the macronutrient needs of people with various diseases and the signs of micronutrient deficiencies. Anyone can learn this in great detail in about a week.
You can tell their job is bullshit because they almost all advocate for vegan diets (horrible for you and lacking many critical micronutrients) and they think red meat gives you diabetes and cancer (claims only possibly made by those with no actual education in biochemistry or physiology). If you are a "real" nutritionist, you seem to be in that camp since the OP picture is a dumbbell surrounded by fucking plants totalling about 100 calories and 0 grams of protein.

wow, that is incredibly misinformed and quite frankly, a little rude! A lot of my job involves communicating new research findings to the general population: we call this vulgarization in the industry, but trust me there's nothing vulgar about it! I have to do a lot of research to keep abreast of new developments (my favorite publications include mayoclinic and healthline). For example, did you know strawberries contain vitamin C?

All nutrition research is shallow and repetitive. You don't look into it at all. You just absorb the dogma and repeat it with no critical thinking. So, thanks for confirming exactly what I said.

To be fair it was more calories than I expected too, but figured it was over 100.
The edible parts of the cabbage in the OP are much smaller than you think (it's a small head of cabbage), and that brings it down by a lot. Maybe it's 300 calories in total. I didn't realize the vegetables had so many calories, though, I was pretty much just counting the fruit. Anyway, none of that protein matters because it is plant protein that is not bioavailable.
Wow based, please figure a way to advocate for red meat, sleep, and exercise to general public without getting your license revoked whenever you’re done with medical school. Or at least try to influence your peers into some critical think of their curriculum and skepticism of pharmaceutical industries. Good luck.

Do you have a simple diet that I can eat over and over without changing.
Currently I eat rice with chicken/beef with beans,onion, carrots broccoli, spinach, capsicum and mushroom.
One gallon of milk a day? Is that even feasible for the human body?
