    >diced onions
    >some cellery
    >a pint of stout (preferably a nice, thick, craft one not some piss water like guiness)
    >beef
    >a bit of tomato paste
    >salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, some dried herbs, a splash of soi and Worcestershire sauce
saute veggies, add meat and fry for a short while until it browns a bit
Pour the beer, reduce until most of the liquid evaporates, add tomatoes and spices, simmer for as long as you can
Tastes best inside a pie but can be also eaten like chilli

      >Dice onions and crush garlic, throw that shit in the pan
      >Toss in mince and brown, season with a bunch of salt, curry, paprika, pepper
      >Fill with water until it covers the meat
      >Add a shitload of chopped cabbage, let simmer with a lid on for like 15-20mins
      >mins pass, stir and add a fine layer of rice, let simmer again, but for 30mins this time
      >mins pass, stir and simmer for another 15mins
Easy as shit, just time consuming. Good macros (I only use lean beef and wild rice, so protein is high) and tastes fantastic, even more so with basedsauce

Can be frozen, but is also good 2-3 days after in the fridge

      >ground beef
      >Diced onion
      >Frozen peas and carrots
      >Appropriate seasonings, or taco seasoning blend if lazy
      >A can or so of beef broth
      >Some w sauce
      >Garlic

Saute above until moderately cooked and beef is browned, then add in broth and reduce down until sludgy like consistency.

Make some mash potatoes (instant works fine too).

Put beef mixture (once ready) into casserole dish, top with layer of mashed taters, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top (optional).

Bake at 350F until mashed potatoes are golden brown.

Ezpz shepherds pie (yes I know it's technically cottage pie since it's beef and not lamb).

      Burger
      >beef (1/4 - 1/3 lb)
      >black pepper
      >pinch salt
      >garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard if you have them but optional
      >mash up together, fry burger on pan. Deglaze with Worcester if necessary
      >eat with whole wheat bread and whatever condiments

      Nachos
      >beef (1/4 - 1/3 lb)
      >sprinkle to taste: taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Cumin, chili powder
      >little bit of water
      >mix it all up in a sauce pan and cook till done, water should evaporate
      >serve with either tortilla or tortilla chips, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, cheese

      I love ground beef

      Ground beef
      Fry
Add onions sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
      Eat with rice

If you've got an instant pot this one's easy but it works without one as well:
      1lb ground beef
      1 jar tomato spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 1lb of spaghetti noodles depending on how you want proportions
Brown the meet mixing in some Italian seasoning, onion and garlic powder. Then mix in the jar of sauce. If it's an instant pot or pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and the dry noodles and cook for 8 minutes on high. If no pressure cooker just cook the noodles on the side while you brown the meat. It's simple but good.

      >ground beef and eggs
I got a stomach bug the same day I ate ground beef and eggs and now I can't think about it without feeling nauseous, which is a shame because that with some roasted potatoes was my go-to breakfast for weeks.

Correction: use a pot, not a pan

Did this and ate it for an entire week, highly recommended. Make sure to add tomato sauce, beef broth and carrots to really make it great.

I take half a pound of ground beef, 1 cup of rice, some vegetables and mix it with salsa. It's a good dinner and it's easy to make.

    Dirty rice

Rice, ground beef, liver (chicken or beef), onions, celery, green onion, and whatever else I'm feeling. Cook the rice separately, fry up the veggies and meats, season well. Mix with rice. Can drop an egg or egg yolk on top if it's super hot to stir in.

Any of you have Liver and ground beef recipes?
I made my usual ground beef slop (beans, onions, tomato, veg) but added some cubed Liver... It doesn't taste good at all tbh I keep eating around the Liver.

When my mum used to make us Liver it never tasted this bad or tough

You wanna know why liver's disgusting? Because the cow they butcher it is most likely from the Midwest and liver decays and builds up ammonia the moment the animal is slaughtered.

Before there was a monopoly on virtually all food in the US, it wasn't uncommon for grocery stores to source their meat from surrounding local farms (or at least instate farms) as opposed to gigantic megafarms out in flyover country.

This is why the quality of many consumer goods have gone down, not just meat.
I remember when liver tasted like mild ground beef, now it's fricking disgusting.

Thats why you buy calf liver instead.

      Here's what I do:
      >1 beef roast (take liver weight x2)
      >1 beef liver
      >2 whole onions per 1.5lb of liver
      >4 tbsp garlic
Put in all in a big crockpot on high overnight or ~8 hours. Mix it all up making sure to cut the liver pieces small. You can add rice and any seasonings you feel necessary but anything that usually enhances beef like chili powder or paprika will make that liver flavor stand out. The onions do a great job masking that flavor.
