Guerrilla Training Marches

It's not a "LARP" if you are training to actually conduct guerrilla warfare.

That is, if you are actually going to kill zio-fascist government enforcers in the Revolution.

>Besides ideological and moral preparations, careful physical training is necessary. The guerrillas will, of course, select a mountainous or very wild zone for their operations. At any rate, in whatever situation they find themselves, the basic tactic of the guerrilla army is the march, and neither slow men nor tired men can be tolerated.

>Adequate training therefore includes exhausting hikes day and night, day after day, increasing gradually, always continued to the brink of exhaustion, with emulation used to increase speed. Resistance and speed will be fundamental qualities of the first guerrilla nucleus.

>Also a series of theoretical principles can be taught, for example, direction finding, reading, and forms of sabotage. If possible, there should be training with military rifles, frequent firing, above all at distant targets, and much instruction about the way to economize bullets.

Eh on a march like this they should be like 10-15ft apart. In real life 25ft or more if the terrain can handle it.

The frick is a guerilla training march and how is that different from a normal march/hike? Just get an external frame, load it up with bricks, pl8s and camping essentials, pack an air rifle for target practice when you set up camp, and go innawoods for a few days a month.

Drones, as used in Ukraine, are not really effective as more than a terror weapon. The Russian army is clearly not being stopped by them (since they’re btfo of the poor ukies being sent to the slaughter) and Ukraine is clearly not losing to drones or Russia wouldn’t keep sending tanks and men.
Drones are a meme in their current state.

It almost certainly is a larp at this point, but you might as well get in shape just in case things change and it gets real.
      Have a rough training schedule;
      Cardio
      Week 1
      >run 1 mile every other day
      Week 2
      >run 2 miles twice a week
      >run 1 mile twice a week
      Week 3
      >run 1 miles for speed once a week
      >run 2 miles once a week
      >run 3 miles once a week
      Week 4
      >run 3 miles twice a week
      >run 1 mile for speed once a week
      Week 5
      >run 3 miles thrice a week
      >run 1 mile for speed once
      Week 6
      >run 5 miles once
      >run 3 miles twice
      >run 1 mile for time
      Week etc
      Continue building up until you can;
      >start running 3 miles every weekday for time/speed, aim for sub 20 min
      >do 100m sprints with a goal of at least 13 sec (that’s girls varsity so don’t say it’s impossible)
Humping/rucking (backpack hiking for those not in the know)
      -Beginning
      Month 1, once every week
      >50lbs pack
      >flat paved surface
      >3 miles
      >2nd week do 5 miles
      >increase load to 75lbs after 2nd week
      >aim for about 15-20 min miles
      Month 2
      >every week
      >go on well defined unpaved trail with some slight elevation if possible
      >75lbs, 5 miles
      >next trip 8 miles
      >next trip 10
      >next trip 13
      Month 3
      >same schedule as month 2 with A/B weeks
      A week
      >100 lbs, 5 miles then 8 miles
      B week
      >50 lbs, 15 miles with rough terrain
      Month 4
      >reduce to 2 times a month
      >100 lbs rough terrain 10 miles and 15 miles
      Month 4
      >once a month
      >100 lbs 20 miles
I just wrote this in like 5 minutes while taking my morning shit.
      Oh yeah, do like
      >200 push ups
      >100 pull ups
      >500 sit ups
      >100 jump squats
      >100 jump lunges
      Every day
