      I had 2300 calories for the day, high protein, then my dad came home with cookies, ice cream, ice cream bars, frozen yogurt bars, like what the frick? I know it’s my fault for eating it but holy frick can you make it any harder?

      I ate 11 cookies, 2 yogurt bars, 1 ice cream bar, a sandwich, some graham crackers.

      It's okay to make mistakes anon, what matters is that you learn from it. Try and figure out how you can avoid this in the future

      I do it at least twice a week. I’m a fricking moron. I track every binge and my longest streak is 11 days, average is 1.5 days lmao. Fricking terrible.

      Was it good?

      No. I was eating a sandwich and it was literally painful going down. I was in pain and I kept eating it. Then I ate something else after.

      It’s ok bro. Just take a laxative or work out rn. Try running to the store to get something to help you throw up.

      It’s tempting. Every time I do this I sit by the toilet and consider making myself puke. I don’t know if I want to go down the bulimia route though…

      This is why I think CICOing and doing a perfect amount of a calorie deficit to minimize muscle loss on a cut is moronic

      If you cut at a perfect -300 calorie deficit for 7 days, and lose fat optimally and retain all your muscle, good... ok...but 7 x 300 = 2,100 calories.

      You can frick up your "perfect" calorie deficit that you did in 7 days, with 1 bad day eating 2k calories more than you should have, and your overall result will be you maintaining your weight.

      This is why my chaddest humble opinion that matters and yours doesn't, that just going on extreme calorie deficits to cut quickly is far more beneficial in the long run, as you will quickly lose a bunch of fat in shorter periods of time, YES YOU WILL LOSE MORE MUSCLE THIS WAY, but muscle loss is unavoidable, you're better off cutting this way, getting it done with, and then going back to maintenance or a slight surplus

      Trying to optimized the PERFECT calorie deficit for MAXIMAL MUSCLE RETENTION requires an insanely close calorie deficit which like I said earlier will cause you to completely destroy a weeks progress by trying to do it perfectly if you frick up 1 little bit.

      I lost 60 lbs crash dieting like this and now, with more calories, I can’t lose shit. You’re probably right.

      Picrel is my body 9 months difference. Literally just look fatter despite lifting consistently and never skipping.

          Publix cookies, they’re similar size to chips ahoy, 660 cal for all. I ate 1665 cal total in the binge.

          If you're eating so little calories all week long, and then frick up, your frick up needs to be like 10000 calories for you to go back to maintenance...

          If you normalgay CICO small deficit, your frick up only has to be a 1000 to 2000 calories before it takes you back to maintenance

          I’ve considered doing like a month of just 2 protein shakes a day. I could do it. If I don’t eat I don’t miss it. If I eat then stop then I frick up. OMAD was my crash diet and I lost 4 lbs a week and felt great. I switched to normal diet cause I didn’t wanna lose more muscle and I was making 0 gym progress. Now I’m losing no weight, making 0 progress, AND getting fatter.

            can relate to the binging. it really does make you feel so moronic because you KNOW. you know you shouldn't be doing it, your body is literally telling you to stop but you can't. once you start it's literally over.
            don't purge, it's not worth it. honestly the only thing that's worked to limit binges for me is fasting, which i know sounds so stupid but once you get past the 20-24 hour mark the hunger just disappears. omad helped as well. my favorite appetite surpressants are sparkling water and vaping (both make me nauseous)

            Learn to like low calories foods.

            Sugar free Jello is nuts. A tupperware full for 40 calories. That and a diet soda and I'm set.

            Also look into Miracle Noodle Spagetti. 10 calories a pack. I throw two in with these low calories marinara jars that are 55 calories with 99% lean turkey. 480 calories from the turkey and the 65 from the ingredients brings this HUGE pot of spaghetti that's only 545 calories with 104 grams of protein.

            INSANE macros and if you use proper seasoning (salt,pepper, garlic powder, paprika) and throw some sriracha in the sauce, its delicious.

            Quest chips and beef jerky too.

              The problem isn’t that I’m hungry. I go into self destruct mode when I binge, almost as if I’m a different person. I can deal with hunger and pain, it’s just my emotions fricking kill me. I’ve even researched how to castrate myself chemically so I stop feeling sexual desire but i pussy’d out.

Do something to punish yourself. I know how you feel bro. If possible get a big jug of water when you eat that stuff or tell your dad not to do it. If you are hungry drink some water or drink a lot on between binges like this to fill up.

              I’m not a Brit. My teeth are getting fricked up though. My older brother told me when I was younger that I don’t need my retainer, now my smile is getting uglier and uglier every year and my retainer doesn’t fit. I hate everyone in my family. Can’t wait to get up early and go to church so I don’t get kicked out of my house tomorrow!

        Just tracking the binge clearly isn't working for you. You should be figuring out why you're letting this happen and how to stop yourself. Maybe you need to ask people around you to keep junk food away, maybe you should incorporate some junk food into your diet but moderate it so you don't lose control, or maybe you should do some crazy pavlovian conditioning shit and shock yourself when you feel urges. You're not a moron, but giving in to the feeling of dejection is the most moronic thing you can do.

          I track impulsively at this point, I have a 450 day streak.

          I’ve asked my family to stop with the junk food(they all want to lose weight as well) yet they seem to buy more junk food if I ask them not to. I asked once for them to quit buying pizza for me, just buy enough for them. They literally increased the frequency of pizza eating and bought EXTRA.

          They even kinda giggle when they see me frick up. In my mind I’m being fricking tortured and ruining my life, but in their minds it’s “oh hehe look it’s the healthy one eating bad food hehe”.

          Is there any reason to lift if I’m not eating? I’m going to burn the muscle right off my bones aren’t I? I work a hard physical labor job too so idk man. I worked hard to squat 300 lbs(shit lift for 1.5 years but still).
