>gums are recessed on the outside of both sides of my jaw

>gums are recessed on the outside of both sides of my jaw
>feel a tightning/light cramp in my lower jaw whenever I drink something cold
>have no dental coverage and won't be able to see a dentist for four months at least
How fricked am I? I've cut out most sugars, been oil pulling for months and using apagard. What else can I do?

        Have you tried...
        >brushing your teeth
        >flossing
        >using antiseptic mouthwash

Idk it's weird most people don't do that and most people don't have gum disease hmm

this tooth is probably fricked/going to need root canal or pulling

if you are cold sensitive it could be another one needing root canal or it could be from clenching/grinding. you clench/ground as is apparent from the recession

look up dental schools in your area and call one up to get x-rays and a basic exam. you will often be able to get it for free or like $25 from a dental school. they do xrays and shit fine, at least it'll give you an idea what you're looking at.

take care of your teeth, they affect your heart.

wait.....this wasn't really 13 years ago was it?

      dude...

This is a stock photo I found to start the thread. It's not my teeth.

How old are you? Gums recede with age especially the canines and lower incisors

It's my teeth. The photo was taken for a dental course (they used it for reference as to what bad gums look like) in Nevada and i guess it's online now. I got paid 50$ for the photo. Still haven't gotten any dental procedures though. Not paying dentoids a single fricking dime. Teeth used to hurt for a while but i've honestly not felt any real tooth pain in years.

Probably alright. Nobody tells you when you’re young but like I said they recede when you get older

Best thing you can do is maintain excellent hydration for as close to 100% of the time as ppssible. And by excellent I mean excellent. Your gums love water.

Stop eating carbs, brush your teeth lightly, use toothpaste with Novamin.
Don't use whitening strips or gels. Don't use any charcoal shit. Don't use a super stiff brush and brush your teeth hard with it. You will erode your remaining enamel if you do.

IDK the best way to do this in Burgerland, but you need to get to a dentist ASAP to see how fricked up your shit really is. You'll almost certainly need some kind of cleaning to remove hardened plaque from your teeth which will be irritating your gums, and if you're lucky it will stop there (assuming that picture isn't you).
If you're unlucky you may have decay that needs fillings. If they want to do a root canal, just have the tooth extracted.

I'm actually going to help you so listen up. The teeth can be healed just like anywhere else in the body. Immediately start taking k2 and increasing soluble fat intake. Continue your regimen. Fat soluble vitamins at appropriate levels will change the oral microbiome to be beneficial and not wear out the teeth. Apply for a CareCredit card and charge that, Make sure you find a biological dentist who uses ozone if you need extractions. good luck anon

Any alternative to extractions? I don't want to look like a toothless junkie.

floss often, waterpiks are on sale right now get one for 55$ while you can.
Aside that, hydroxynanoapatite toothpaste (apagard is a japanese brand but a little expensive) is clinically proven to rebuild enamel and a no-flouride toothpaste alternative in japan.
    Godspeed.
