Nah you just dont hit bench and row hard enough. If your shoulders are big you just hit them better than chest and lats.

            >bodybuilding style time under tension bench
            >underhand bb row
            >incline close grip low weight for core and shoulder alignment
            >lean back lat pulldowns
            >db reverse grip

Just hammer that shit and youll need to hit heavy military press to catch up in no time.

yes, u made such a mess of this thread bot because i posted on point right here:

we can, it's just that none of the shit shilled anywhere grows delt, u need to isolate lateral and rear delt separately, anterior delt will be made with clavicular head of pec major in ucv standing db raise
rear, unilateral, one light db short motion -8th minute:

side delt is again one light db, standing overhead: there u do short extensions with internal rotation of shoulder, as if u're screwing in bolt above ur head with left hand by turning whole arm in shoulder, unscrewing it with right hand
                >only roidoots grow delts
they don't, they have some delts like they have some of everything resulting from ped abuse, that's why oil in delts is so popular among bodybuilders - they have no clue whatsoever

Do you lean forward on front raises or something? Bend your elbows?

Anywhere you feel impingementnon is probably tendon weakness and needs to be worked on with rehab weights with the same movement. Like way lower than you feel any muscle pump with.

anterior delt takes a beating when u're brushing teeth with passion, no need to do it separately like side and rear, it will be done regardless

I'm natty and have really good deltoids relative to the rest of my shit so I can actually help you.

Heres my shit (Every single workout I do full body so 1-2 times a week do this):

Plate raise with full rom (Take it above your head and then behind your head almost like a standing skull crusher)
Lat Pullover machine (A lot of gyms have this and nobody uses it but classic bodybuilders called it the upper body squat)
Standing chest flies but at a diagonal angle (I can't explain what this is, only I do it but look up a Liu raise and make it less vertical or more horizontal)
    OHP sometimes

6 years ago I read a thread on a chan about a guy who looked absolutely horrid without a shirt and looked fricking jacked with one on and he described how to train delts and traps exclusively to achieve this aesthetic and I emulated him. This is the way.

Visible and big, preferably protruding outward like your triceps

  4. 2 months ago

My shoulder and my ass are my best features so I feel like I'm in the right place to give advice. First thing to consider is that you train your front delt a lot doing chest exercise, I think you should still do a few exercises that focus your front delt but minimal. Now that this it out of the way you have to focus on your side AND rear dealt.

Also for the cherry on top doing deadlift for your trap is another asset. That said I think it's a big part from genetic so maybe I'm just bullshitting but that's what work for me

Lots of push ups + I used to work at a busy pub where I had to constantly lift empty beer kegs over my head from the cellar to pass them up for someone else to grab, reckon I was OHPing 100 kegs a week + lateral raises twice a week since I started properly lifting

So basically high volume, weight is secondary

  6. 2 months ago

I have boulder delts and traps and all I do is shoulder press machine twice a week and dumbbell shrugs. Genetics is king.

These guys talking about not wanting delts are weird morons and probably sex pervets. If you're natty you should focus exclusively on delts and traps. This will get you looking wide and jacked. Absolutely nothing else. You're not going to have freaky biceps or triceps natty. You can get wide though.

I have a dedicated shoulder/trap day every sixth day as part of my split. I hit each head with two movements as well as doing a few sets of high volume heavy shrugs. Front delts also get some spillover on chest day and rear with back. This seems to work well for me.

Lower your weight and brace your core to put your shoulders in line with and not behind your hips, also do military press. Lat raises honestly are a posture exercise.

Its fricking up because its too kuch weight, partly because all the weight is on the part your shitty grip and elbow position outs it on.

            >grip it like a punch not a palm strike
            >youre gonna want to almost behind the back press it, i like to finish sets with those but not go all the way down
            >use a wider grip
            >all the power comes from your abs and shoulders, weight on the abs not liftimg with it
            >if you release your abs you might be able to press more but will get 0 front delt gains

Practice strict form and go for a burn i usually frickin gas out first. If you nitice a pump and hardness when you out your arm straight down across like youre touching your penis you will feel the frontest of front delt inside your arm pit. Wide grip makes it easy to hit but you really build it with closer grip thumb over.

              >I do hypertrophy once a week and it's enough.
i do it 3 times a week because fricking up whole upper bod at once is moronic

                >fricking up whole upper body at once
Black person you're not going on a 50 mile run.
                it's literally hypertrophy.
It's low weight exercises stimulating muscle growth.
You drink water, you workout, you move on with your life.

god damn kid your three times a week is a lot more damaging to a joint that a one time hard workout.

I domt do ohp i do military press and the severe lack of upper core strength can be shown with one exercise.
                >place your hands as narrow as you can on the floor crouched down
                >hold yourself up stiff armed and let your legs rest on your arms
                >vary which way your fingers point and hand width
                > try to lift your body by crunching your abs
                >hold yourself up for as lomg as you can and do ab vacuums

I just hit abs and i got s cramp in 1 second. Your lats and traps probably overpower your front delts serratus and chest.

it's a shit movement however u dress it up

Flat back bench is low key the best variation once you arent worried about weight. Proper form literally uses your tendons as a means to produce force.

it's also shit movement, it always was

Elbows out might help power but destroys fromt delt activation, hou might as well be doing incline bench the way it youre suggesting what is and is not the optimal workouts,

              >Dbs get you no size ive been doing slightly bent over uprights and t bar and it hits mid delts.
              it's also impingement, and:

              >ohp 3x8-10
anterior delt only and impingement - disqualified
              >lat raise 4x12
tendon rubs on bone switching side delt off and fricking up tendon, impingement - disqualified

side delt is overhead, rear delt is in movement behind
              this:[...]

              >tendon rubs on bone switching side delt
              just like with lat raises

Your abs arent strong enough then, do more sets imstead of eeking out 1rms with "good form" then complaining about tears.

If that was your actual 1rm youd be able to do like 10 at 80%.

Try not to hit them before bench days too hard unless you are really trying to hit shoulders. If so hit military press like bench on smolov jr 3-4x a week, and do your front raises.

bear crawls, especially backwards, blew my anterior delts up.

lateral and side delts are shit, even with tons of volume. You probably need to dedicate an entire day to delts if you want to grow them, on top of the volume from your regular lifts that you get

You did not get big delts doing fricking bear crawls
