Im just always floating around 20-30% bodyfat all my 20s and half way through my 30s, and i fricking wanna KMS, it feels ill NEVER be lean.
Ive got 5 years before im 40, if i dont figure out this shit by then ill always be fricking fat man, im so fricking sick of it, id be happy with 15% bodyfat now
I cut and bulk entirely intuitively, it's just having healthy functioning hormonal responses, I know when I'm eating too much or too little without tracking it.

I'm over 30 and I don't know what the frick you're talking about. If anything, it should be easier to stay lean as you get older. I have better self control than I did when I was younger, I'm more knowledgeable about food, I can cook better/more efficiently, I know how much food I need without counting calories because I've been eating everyday for 32 years, etc.
If you stay active and eat normal, then you shouldn't have an issue.

I’m only 6’1”, and have cursed genetics for aesthetics. Really unfortunate muscle insertions, and (probably) unusually high muscle/bone density, I float like a rock when swimming. This is me back in march at 215 lbs. Are you posting physique, or are you actually just skinny?

Its about the food you eat. Ive never liked mayonnaise, soda, candy, or any sugary high carb food. I like eating meat and savory stuff that tastes like meat. I dont worry about going out and eating a quad stacker burger every other day because I dont drink soda, so I dont gain weight.

I'm 5'11 160 lbs. I probably have type 1 diabetes so keeping my weight down is no problem as long as I don't take insulin. When I was in the hospital earlier this year they gave me a few doses of insulin and I gained 20 lbs in two weeks.
It's called not being a fat gluttonous moron. You're not hungry, you're craving food. Your body can survive like a month eating nothing but you start to cry after a few hours of no food. Just do OMAD or something but don't go ape shit with the calories for that one meal.
If you don't want to go in depth, get a a rough idea of how many calories are in basic food, and plan your meals around the 400 cal level. Cut out sugar, pastry, soda etc.
It's literally that easy. Age doesn't mean you suddenly get fat, that's a very modern thing. It's related to diet and environment, not age.
I do this but aim for roughly 600-700 cals per meal and 4 meals a day
Keeps me around 95kg decently strong and abit of extra weight to throw around for basketball. Though ive got down to 85kg and the gains on my vert were pretty crazy.

When things work correctly you, eat real food when you’re hungry, and stop eating when you’re full to maintain about 15-20% body fat.
Because you need to eat until you feel satiated, not until you have complettely stuffed yourself and cannot get another bite down you lardass.
That happened to me on Friday, I ordered two doner kebabs, two portions of chips with cheese, and onion rings. I stopped half way through the second kebab because I had stomach pains and felt sick. I thought the next day, maybe I should have stopped eating earlier.

I am a certified lanklet and it's very hard for me to eat enough to gain weight. I just lose the appetite and feel full after a certain point. Also, the biggest thing is most probably calories in, calories OUT. Easy to get fat with a sedentary job and lifestyle, and grinding out cardio and weightlifting feels much more like work and is more tiring both mentally and physically than doing physical activities and hobbies that you love.

I'm on No Fap this month, so to take my mind off sex I've been eating a bit more than usual. Today I ate two MASSIVE homemade egg mayo baguettes with Tabasco and black pepper. I can see how binging on carbs could become addictive, ngl - tasted amazing and gave me a dopamine rush.

I was raised eating healthy food, people always made fun of my lunches at school because I would have a whole wheat turkey sandwich, carrots, and an applesauce instead of lunchables. I'm very thankful to my mom because it taught me how to eat good food and kept my metabolism optimal. I've never struggled with being drawn to greasy shit and find the average person's diet disgusting.

I just hate eating, I’ve went to fancy restaurants and had wagyu steak before and to me it’s all meh. I unironically just eat baked potatoes and tough cheap beef steak for jaw gains with greek yogurt and eggs.

I've always had a weak appetite and never felt cravings for anything. The good side is that I'm still lean at 32 but the bad side is that I cant enjoy food. It's probably genetics.
