The inspiration of this thread was a guy I've seen at my gym.

This guy has turned up every 2 days for the past 3 months and grown a lot despite his bad programme. I decided to speak to him.

> says he's too poor to afford enough protein and calories
> does same 5 lifts every time: tricep pushdown, barbell bench, lat pulldown, lateral raises, barbell curl
> never has headphones, just stares at the wall between sets
> trains around midnight
> somehow he's quite strong
I dont know what this phenotype is but I wanna call him a demon. Nice guy but I sense he has the ability to absolutely maul someone in a fight.
