Gym Fight

If I get into a fight at the gym, whats the best way to handle it? Do I grab a barbell? a plate? a dumbbell? maybe a lat-pull attachment? Whats the go?

I carry brass knuckles at all times just in case, you never know when a gym rumble is going to kick off.

always carry squat plugs. You can use them in a normal way to enhance progress, but when shit hits the fan you have a handy little weapon

this, with enough training you can shoot them out with enough force to break bones

I've been using the last few nches of an ear of corn as my squat plug.
I doubt they would do much damage..

Don't fight, leave. It's never worth it.

If you can't leave, you need to unironically fight to kill, as whoever is more violent, usually wins. This means kicking them in the groin, sticking fingers in to their eyes, biting their face and not stopping even if they are asking you to. All that matters is unnecessarily brutal violence and nothing else.

It's always funny when people like this who obviously don't know shit about fighting try talking about fighting.

It's not fair to be violent outside martial arts. It's not normal to be violent towards another person. Therefore the only unfair fight is the one you lose.

        >You would say that using this would make me a weak man - and without question it does - but I am alive and you are dead, so I would argue it makes you a weaker man.

          >aiming to kill someone over what is almost guaranteed to be a nonsensical argument and risking serious legal consequences

Stupid and not worth it. Been doing all sorts of martial arts for 15-20 years, and I would just slap them with your squat plug if push comes to shove, that'll put most people in their place.

            And when it doesn't?

Slapping someone for any other reason than to fight for your life is stupid and not worth it.
