Gym Owners are like Landlords

They produce nothing. You can’t prove me wrong. They leech with gym memberships.

    >waa waa I'm poor
So buy your own. You're no better than the broke b***h paying rent every month when you could easily save up a downpayment on a house. You're literally just complaining that you're too poor to own.

I manage a gym owned by a guy who is part of organized crime. I would agree with this. He does nothing any more besides provide the money for new gyms and equipment and he gets that money from loans from organized crime figures.

I’m the type of landlord to use my spare key and show up in your apartment unannounced when I’m feeling lonely to hangout idgaf

The gym market is oversaturated. It's a bad idea anon. Buy a block of units instead.

That's an even worse idea. Most gyms have women's only areas.

I manage a gym for a large franchise, you're going to get crushed by the big players like us.

I'd love to look at the economics of my local gym. What's the break even point on amount of members, there's only 2 revenue sources, Membership and Shakes/Preworkout/Drinks.

    35 Euro membership
I'm guessing it has to be at least 1500 members at that price to break even.
Rent, Electricity, Staff, Cleaning staff, replacing equipment regularly etc.
