People say all the time that most people in the gym just want to get in, do their routine, and get out with minimal hassle.

The ideal place for introverts is a place full of extroverts, since extroverts provide a gateway for introverts to socially interact.

      But I don't wanna interact

That's not introversion, that's mental illness.

I mention it constantly as a precaution. It’s all too easy for shy, autistic types to fall into the trap of robotically obsessing over their diet and gym routines, because that sort of thing comes naturally to them. Playing an outdoor team sport in addition to the gym would be extremely beneficial because that’s outside of their comfort zone.

Team sports suck though half the time you are doing nothing but running around and waiting for your turn. Pointless shit.

Fighting is where its at for introverts.

That works too, although I’d generally advocate for more outdoor activity instead of just being in a gym all the time.

The deal with introverts is that we don't get any exchange of positive feedback so to speak from other peoples successes its not negativity but its just like, what's the point of rooting for someone else's success when you could spend time working on your own shit and getting things done?

I view extroverts as social parasites.

Personally I’m not a fan of your traditional sports. I’m terrible at soccer, basketball, football, etc. but I really enjoy net-based sports like tennis and volleyball and I also got into disc golf. Basically you have to figure out what you actually enjoy instead of forcing yourself into sports you don’t like.

This whole introvert extrovert thing is so fricking dumb, it's just a different of saying normal people and shut-in weirdos
