Some small studies have found extended use of tamoxifen has been able to reduce but not completely remove Gyno.

        Just get the surgery

Surgery is the only real solution. Cough it up, Anon. It's an absolute life-changer.

        >t. Ex-gyno victim

it's a lot cheaper if you're leaner and the recovery is usually shorter because they don't have to cut away as much. But yeah there is absolutely nothing you can do once it's cystic it's like trying to lose a scar through weight loss it's just not gonna happen.

So many people getting trolled into surgery. You all have uncut dicks too I assume? Still to this day I have never seen a guy with gyno that has 12% bodyfat. They just magically keep disappearing.

mine is very minor and almost invisible if I'm holding my shoulders right. It's about the size of a half walnut (without the shell) but hard and becomes more apparent if I'm under 12% body fat. It's more visible with a shirt than without which is the issue.

Real gyno comes from over-developed mammary glands, you fricking sperg. Not fat breasts.

Yes and absolutely almost NO ONE has over-developed mammary glands, you fricking sperg.

Literally 99,9999999999999% of "gyno's" posted on fit are fat breasts aka manboobs.

I agree. But for the rare rare few who legitimately have the medical condition, surgery seems to be the best option.

I think you need to just accept the cards you've been dealt anon. Sorry. No amount of surgery is going to fix all that. Better learn to looksmax and remove clothes in the dark

        have a nice day homosexual

You are very fat though. Did you try actually losing weight first? How do you know it was gyno and not just a result of being fat. Genuinely asking, not trying to be a dick.

You can feel solid tissue and it has a characteristic shape compared to fat

how do you get Raloxifene in the UK?

From people who distribute roids and/or ancillaries.

U can literally order it from an online doctor . It's not hard you don't even need to see them. It doesn't do shit for gyno pretty sure

It's a SERM so yes it does work on gyno you tard.

          Anonymous

Not even true really. I've tried it and it didn't work and I've known other people as well. If you have gyno for a long time pretty sure raloflaxine won't do shit.

            Anonymous

If the growths have fully hardened and solidified, a SERM won't help. If they have not, then it will.

              Anonymous

even "soft" gyno will not go away with serm's if you have had it for a long time
pubertal gyno is actually something you're born with that manifests itself during puberty, you already had abnormal mammary glands since you were born due to estrogen/progesterone/prolactin exposure in the womb, surgery is theon ly way to correct gynecomastia that isn't drug induced.

How can I tell if I have gyno (i.e. won't go down with weight loss) or if I'm just fat?
Because I'm definitely fat and working on it, but if I'm gonna have to get the surgery at some point I may as well start lining that up sooner rather than later.
Went to an endocrinologist a few years back and straight up asked "is the solution surgery or just losing weight" and he said the latter but tbh I'm not sure.

In my case even surgery didn't fix it, my gyno has started coming back roughly a year after the surgery. As most surgeons will not remove all the tissue it is still possible for it to come back if the problem (hormone imbalance) is still present.

We need to distinguish between manboobs and actual gyno. Like what the frick am I even looking at here. Looks like the udder on a sow.

Manboobs are mainly just fat deposits that can be greatly reduced by weightloss, whereas the picture I posted

is actual breast tissue growth that cannot be reduced with weightloss

This is what they look like 18 months after surgery. Obviously still look much better but there is definitely some regrowth occuring

Its excess estrogen. Try to crush it, I think men-elite website has some good articles about how to do it.
