    Gym cures all anxiety because when you're big enough, you can tell people like and respect you more. It's always the case unless you're a psycho. So, how much do you bench again?

    Keep hanging out with them and try to be nice and engaged in conversation.
    If you are worried about being weird or messing up here is a simple exercise: go to McDonald's and order a whopper, and/or go to burger king and order a big mac. Pay attention to what the cashier does when you do this(spoiler: they will correct you but don't really care that you made a mistake).
    Another little routine you can do is to go for walks and say "Hello" with a big smile to everyone you see. Most will respond the same to you and it will help you feel comfortable interacting with people.

    Literally just go out on weekends. If you go to the same bar over and over sooner or later people will notice you and start approaching you and want to be your friend. Either that or dehumanize yourself and become a man bawd at clubs or some gay trite shit

    They're fronting bro. You always put more scrutiny on yourself. You always seem more hesitant and anxious to yourself. If you're fit, I bet people think more highly of you than you do of yourself.

    Try some meditation or anxiolytics if you really feel like the nerves are killing you. If it feels entirely psychological, then a low dose SSRI/SAMe/5-MTHF or even a benzo (low dose). If it's more physical, you know high heart beat, tense shoulder, clenched jaw, sweats and so on in these social situations like I get, then try Clonidine. Wonder drug for me.
