    >25g almond
    >25g hemp seed
    >15g cocoa
    >15g flax seed
    >15g sesam seed
    >15g sunflower seed
    >15g chia seed
    >1 banana
    >200g frozen blueberries
    >200g frozen raspberries
    Mix everything together and fill up with water and sprinkle cinnamon and Kurkuma on top
