Not saying you shouldn't lift with bad genetics but I don't think you're ever going to look incredible unless you roid.

    Well yes and no

It is all about genetics but 99% of people would look better if they lifted or did cardio or whatever. Yes some people are blessed to look like greek gods within a few years but that doesn't mean those that aren't so lucky doesn't look better than when they started, just keep going and keep building that physique

Every homie reading this can look fricking great by being lean with decent muscle. That's all you need to be 80th percentile +.

Over years you can get to 90th percentile +, especially if you add style (think jeans, fitted v neck, leather jacket, bracelet, etc.).

You can get panties wet without perfect genetics. Do Fricking work.

lol you're fricking moronic if you think people who are at their natty peak did it on a bro-split. Lmao, even.

Frequency matters. Quality volume matters. How much stimulus you think you're getting out of doing a weeks worth of sets in one day? Talk to anyone that has been lifting for a decade plus and have the results to show for it what their split is, and most will tell you its' a lot more free-form than "hurrdurr just do brosplits, bro", and is more often than not a modified upper/lower split or even circles around to being full-body again, just modified to hit muscle groups that have recovered.

Absolutely not. I actually think genetics make almost zero difference other than the obvious like muscle insertions.

If you take two randomly selected individuals with same stats and put then live identical life im 100% convinced after 5 years of exact same training their stats and physique is almost indistinguishable other than again, muscle insertions. If your chest looks the way it does it will look it even if u roid. But in real world this is a non factor, only on olympia stage will it matter.

The average person can add about 40 pounds of muscle to their frame over 6 or 7 years of dedicated training for hypertrophy. That's a pretty significant amount of muscle. Imagine being an average guy going from 140 pounds of lean body mass to 180 pounds. That means if they kept the same fat mass they could go from 190 pounds at 21% body fat to 230 pounds at 17% bodyfat. A 10 week cut would put them at 13.5% bodyfat at 220 and they'd look astounding. It's a night and day difference. Your genetics are responsible for how much you can put on your frame and how lean you can get but even an average person can look amazing if they put in the effort needed to build muscle maximally and they do their best not to get fat

Yes. So optimize your natural test levels with the unexciting, time-tested and universally known methods. Prioritize sleep, eat clean and eat enough, spend as much time outside as you can, lift heavy, have sex, don't drain your dopamine, think masculine/control your stress, and pursue greatness.

That's probably more opportunities to effect your test than the greatest men to walk the earth have had available. You definitely don't need roids or supps to get jacked and be the biggest fish in your tiny little pond.

You defo shouldn't be lifting with bad genetics. I got high on IST memes and lifted almost the entire year doing muh stickes and shit. Not a single pound of muscle. Not one, and I'm not being dramatic. It's pointless. Lift lift lift. Week after week, and absolutely no gain whatsoever. The worst part was the lies about "it getting easier to do, bro" In truth after months of failure lifting only made me get even more stressed than I usually am, knowing that I was about sink an hour and a half to achieve nothing.

anyone eating 0 calories will lose weight (or die). not everyone can build a significant amount of muscle. natty T levels range from 100-1000 (500+ is healthy, but there are plenty of unhealthy people and not all of them are fat or whatever). someone at the bottom end won't build nearly as much muscle as someone at the top end. and there are way more factors that determine muscle and strength gain than just T.

Nope, test levels don't matter. High test doesn't correlate with lean body mass gains, only androgen receptor content does.

This makes sense because having "gain muscle" signals won't matter if there's nothing around to hear them.

        >High test doesn't correlate with lean body mass gains, only androgen receptor content does.

        In conclusion:

        >There is now substantial evidence to suggest that circulating systemic hormones measured at rest (McCall et al., 1999; Morton et al., 2016; Mobley et al., 2018) and/or post-exercise (Ahtiainen et al., 2003; West et al., 2010; West and Phillips, 2012; Mitchell et al., 2013; Morton et al., 2016) share no common variance and are thus neither related to nor predictive of RET-induced changes in muscle mass in healthy young participants.

        >Given there was no difference in circulating or intramuscular hormones between HIR and LOR, along with high androgen-androgen receptor binding affinity, it seems likely that both at rest and post-exercise existing androgen receptors would have been saturated in skeletal muscle. ... Androgen receptor content is the more important variable in RET-induced androgen-mediated skeletal muscle protein accretion in healthy men (Diver et al., 2003).

You're test-maxxing for literally fricking nothing.

Unless you can cut open your body and sew more androgen receptors into your muscles you're gonna be putting in twice the work for half the results for the rest of your life unless you got lucky with your genetics.
