What are you into? I'm addicted to sissy hypno and I love it.

All the shit you see on /gif/ pretty much

I am not interested in 95% of sissy shit because the captions are very off-putting, even when I am in a coomer trance and I do not get off on it. But basically remove the captions from those videos and yeah that kind of stuff.

I have these phases once every two years or so where I delete all of my saved porn and all of the bookmarks on all devices, but I find myself back at step one once life gets hard again, just like with cigarettes.

      Anonymous

I was able to quit cigarettes after just trying again and again. Now I haven't smoked in over 20 months. At times it felt like I would never be able to kick the habit but you must never give up because one of those times you will make it. And it won't be anything special. It's going to feel like any other time you tried to quit except you've been doing it longer and before you know it a year passes and then some.

      Never give up.

Actually just did that, deleted ~800 bookmarks and ~20GB of porn from my phone. I just hope these days I'll be stronger than the last times. Also, while smoking is bad, it doesn't affect me as much as porn to be honest. What comes on top of the actual fapping is the amount of time I spent hunting very specific niches or finding all the good videos in full length and then saving it, making my phone a setup for a desaster whenever I let someone else use it (open browser to find porn bookmarks, open can just to find a porn thumbnail in the gallery preview etc)

Shit man same, whenever I go on no fap streaks I get a lot less paranoid about this stuff

        >Amount of time I spend hunting
I feel you, brother. I can waste entire days just searching and edging to shit.
Every time I coom, guilt and regret hit me like a fricking truck and I delete all my history, tabs etc. Couple days later I'm back at it.
I pray we can be stronger men.

Just keep deleting, man. Every time you delete everything it's a massive win and it gets easier to not go back. You haven't lost anything as long as you delete again when you come to your senses

Unironically get a flesh light. It’s much easier to quit porn when jerking off in and of itself is more fun.

I went off for a year but then I went back on for a few months and I’m trying to get off again. It’s not tough I’m just being a b***h and I liked my life better off porn so I will definitely go back to that porn free life.

No luck yet but I'm improving. Going 1-2 weeks without fapping is now pretty easy. I'm never giving up. I want to break the generational curse, I don't want my sons to have porn addiction coded into them. Currently on day 8 and feeling great.

A person who makes poor choices

It builds dopamine reward pathways in your brain, the same as drugs. t's an activity that's habit-forming and involves the release of chemicals that interact with your brain chemistry.

It's not nearly as destructive to your life as heroin but that's only because it's free and doesn't cause physical health deterioration (except for losing interesting in healthy activities like lifting). Go look at /r/gooncaves and tell me those guys are not engaging in self-destructive behavior.

          No

That fetish is dedicated to accepting that your sexuality is entirely pornography-based and edging your dick as long as possible to maximize the release you get when you coom. These guys spend every moment of their spare time looking at porn and some of them (even if it's a larp, it's maybe half-serious) worship porn as a religion.

people who can't quit porn are weak little homosexuals with zero agency over themselves. literally just stop. if it's it really that hard to resist then have a nice day. imagine your mother or younger sibling or whatever seeing the shit you jerk off to. you think they would continue loving you? you think they could stand to look at you, be in the same room as you, god forbid be touched by you? and if you morons ever find yourself in a relationship it'll never last. there is no reason to contiune this behavior. you are poisoning your soul.

  12. 2 years ago

Yes. I got married to a nice hot lady and we have sex about every day so I have no need for porn.

Porn addiction seems impossible to quit. The only way I see a viable way out is if you get an actual girlfriend who you can frick regularly
Any time you're around an electronic device with an internet connection, you can watch porn. How the frick are you supposed to not do that? Our lives revolve around our phones and the internet nowadays

    >inb4 "just stop watching it bro, have willpower"
yeah I've never tried that before

      Anonymous

Not true. You just have to resensitize yourself to being able to use your imagination.
I realized that porn produces a less satisfying orgasm than just quickly getting the deed done when you feel the load is getting to heavy to bear.
Now that I'm back to being able to use the mental spank-bank, porn has no control over me.

Does it count as porn if the only thing I fap to is video I've taken with ex-gf's and myself fricking?
I don't care for any kind of produced porn, only videos I'm in.

      Anonymous

Yes. It's not the subjects in the video, it's the lack of agency and the 3rd person view that fricks with you. You're still outside looking at an sexual act instead of performing the act, even i you performed it before.

Might not have been 10+ years but I quit, yeah. I won't claim that I don't look at tiddies when they get posted here, but I don't go out of my way to seek them and I don't jerk off or watch porn. Feels good, cooming killed my energy when I was in college and wasted tons of time.

There’s no such thing as a porn addiction. You like to cum, which is the same as every man who’s ever existed. You’re most likely lonely and not able to find a girl, so you blame your “porn addiction” as an excuse.
Go get a gf and frick her regularly. Then you’ll see how ridiculous the idea of a porn addiction is.

      Anonymous

Yes there is, some people are only able to cum off to porn due to the nature of it or the weird fantasies that are unrealistic in it. hence "porn" addiction also porn is like direct dopamine hit.

I would recommend doing 100 squats & push ups for porn addicts to see if they got the mentality to change, I get runners high/dopamine rush from high number of hindu squats, its so freaking weird though.

i did it for a year and a half, i was feeling almost like a chad, not afraid of trying new stuff, new experiences, i had a high self respect and confidence barely any fear, regrets, remorse, etc. But i failed during Covid
Now i am at day 5, no fap and no porn, i will keep going, want to beat that addiction forever and become better

  25. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

No. I was first exposed to porn at 7 by an older kid (wasn't touched) and it became a fixation/obsession and i frequently got caught looking at it pre-puberty. 28 now, still hooked on porn and its incredibly hard to drop because of how routine and normal it is to me. I'm shocked I didn't end up a gay, troon, or weird IRL fetishist. Instead I'm married to someone who finds porn disgusting with 2 kids.
Porn is depressing and gross, but I keep coming back to it, though not nearly as bad as it had been in the past (5+ faps/daily). Haven't managed to quit for longer than a month or so. It's easy to convince yourself it's not so bad if you're not spending money on it, just a natural urge or whatever. That's horseshit. Porn is addictive and unnatural. I have a hard time not looking at anyone with a sexual lens in mind. I deeply envy people who got to grow up innocent and feel fortunate I didn't end up with some ruined disgusting slag
