As a Spanish-speaker, I refuse to wear underwear (lol you called them underpants like an 80-year-old woman) that doesn't have the world "papi" on them.
I haven't tried it, but I was working in Toronto and saw Greg on a date. Dude was wearing an extra shmedium sweater to make him look bigger and his date looked like a twig.
He also lies about his height cause I'm 6'2 and stand about a head taller.
I don't think he is lying about anything except the bodyfat. He keeps always insisting he is 4-6% because that's what the dexascan shows. And I mean it is real he actually has dexascan videos where he shows the results but it just doesnt seem to be accurate enough.
He has videos of his dexascan and it shows he is 177cm. And his current weight is 80kg. So what exactly is he lying about? I think those are pretty transparent stats. Most people you have only seen on social media are always way more unimpressive in real life when you see them at an expo. Jeff Seid and David Laid to name a few. David Laid looks like a 3 month beginner in person.
his programs are the only ones that work for naturals. that 6 days a week roidtroony volume is just not possible to keep up as a natural without enhanced recovery and ability to build muscle.
I've made by far the most gains training like his programs, wsp, greek god etc. Monday - wednesday - friday, 4 exercises per workout, rpt and progressive overload. Whenever I try to train like a roidtroony my lifts just stall or even worse, decrease.
Don't pay for his shit though, you can literally just google the name of the plan + pdf. I suppose to moviestar body is a bit different since it's some sort of subscription masterclass but regardless all the info you need is in the pdf realistically.
Finally someone that tried it, thanks for the info. Already found the pdf so won't waste money, wanted to know if it was worth the time investment since my current routine is working well.
Did you do the IF, that's one thing on my mind too since I don't feel like going to work in the morning hungry but you probably get used to it.
exactly and his repackaged 3 day programs are really really good. i literally said to not pay for them because you can just google the pdf for free. it was more of a testament for op that that type of training method works. building strength and focusing on the basics instead of training 6 days a week 10 exercises per workout and focusing on "pump" and "feeling the burn" etc.
just look at how andrew collura trained, he literally benched once a week and became one of the strongest lifters of all time. and thats what he gave credit for in one of the drm podcasts. he said that you dont need to and cannot train more than that as a natural, you are never going to progressively overload if you bench 2-3 times a week. when you are on gear it's a little bit different.
According to Lenny he only did minimal amounts of gear. But then again, the guy is basically a walking pharmacy who regularly does cycles of 2gr of test a week, so his notion of minimal might be skewed.
I been doing greek god for a month and a half, recomping losing fat, its going well, but now im unsure if i should stay on it cause its like a 6 month program, or if i should switch to his latest program (movie star masterclass or something) cause the routine is kind of different, or i dunno if i should switch to a brosplit like the alleged Brad Pitt fight club routine, any advice?
Also personally I added 2 light training days on Tuesday and Thursdays with a single exercise to hit calves, traps and forearms since he neglected all that.
Also I found his leg day exercises too complicated so I replaced with leg press and abductor machine, sometimes do squats too I guess.
Also doing 25 mins cardio (elyptical) as often as i can to burn fat. His 10k steps a day is a meme cause it would take you 1 hour 40 mins daily of walking like a moron, so thats a no go.
Doing a nutritionist diet also, I understand his diet plan but it doesnt makes sense to me, he eats like twice a day and a chocolate bar snack before sleeping.

Yeah I have serious doubts about the diet. Not a fan of a huge dinner and then eating icecream or chocolate before bed. Curious about his kinochef cookbook to see some recipies.

The strictness can be as loose as you need. I personally prefer a larger meal before bed, but wouldn't do the ice cream (at least not more than once or twice a week). The idea is to save the majority of your calories for post-workout, so if you lift in the morning, even fasted, you'd still meet that.
But again, nothing is hard and fast. I think the larger point is the notion of the feeding window (not intermittent fasting)
I like his routines however rpt seems pretty intermediate thing to da. Currently doing this and after I stall I will switch to warrior shredding, thoughts?
As someone who speaks german, i refuse to wear underpants with the word "klein" on them.

As an Italian speaker, I refuse to wear underpants.
lmao @ ur balls getting choked and overheated
Based guido. I havent worn the underisraelite in 7 years.
You wear uomo and we know it
Indeed, no israeli names on my clothes
it means small you dimwit frick
I'm not sure the others got the joke
We got it. It's literally basic German. You can stop patting yourself on the back, now.
Well that one guy didn't
I don't get it, what does it mean?
As someone speaking Spanish and German, I always smile seeing the overpriced "Little Baldie" brand
Roasties love them
>train upper body
>don't train legs
>roid
>stay lean
There. There's your kinobody "routine".
He might be taking some test but he has been training since he was a teenager. My doubt with is program is the low volume, seems kind of fishy.
He was definitely taking some dry compounds at one point.

How did he look in the shmedium?

Wow, it's almost like all classic strength and hypertrophy programs ever made are 3-4 days a week and kinobooty just repackaged them or something.

Does he have any cookbook besides the few recipies he talks about in the movie star body pdf?
Lol. Frequency is great for naturals, you just can't go crazy with volume. Just don't do 20x sets for chest per workout.
> look at how andrew collura trained
He's a genetic freak and roided to the gills.
According to Lenny he only did minimal amounts of gear. But then again, the guy is basically a walking pharmacy who regularly does cycles of 2gr of test a week, so his notion of minimal might be skewed.

Send it to me as well, thanks. [email protected]
Greek God 1.0 is objectively better
