      >car
Wait, so fitness was supposed to get you a car now somehow?
You guys really have to start compartmentalizing your lives better.

    Yes and yes

Went from being a kissless virgin and not getting first gf until 21 (that used to be a late bloomer you incel zoomers) to getting approached whenever I go out to bars

Now get jobs offers whenever I interview because HR stacies think I’m cute and male hiring managers think I’m cool

Probably not lifting alone. Am also tall, but height by itself isn’t much. Height plus lifting is a force multiplier

Not yet, but I’ve only been at it a bit over a month, but I have positive results from the gym though, and it’s helped my confidence exponentially. I’d say if I give it another 6 months or so, I may start seeing serious results in terms of women, but as it stands, it’s not much more than some of them being around me more

They definitely act nicer and feel more comfortable with getting closer to me but it's nowhere near as crazy a difference as most would like to believe. Getting married gave me a way bigger boost.

    >has it helped your career?

Doubt it. I never felt as if I received an unfair advantage because of it, though I did feel as if men and women that were assigned to work under me were more willing to accept me and acquiesce to my view of things after I started looking more professional (that is to say, less fat and better dressed).

no, they are more scared of me than ever and don't talk to me unless i talk to them first. i work at a gym so i greet most people who come in and 95% of women don't say hi back and just pretend they didn't hear me.

it has definitely helped my career since i work as a trainer at a gym lol. nobody wants a DYEL trainer.

What would you say is a benchmark that you should be able to pass, either physically or looks-wise if someone wanted to be a personal trainer?

keep in mind i am not a high end personal trainer, most of my clients are mid 40s businessman type guys at the local gym. i don't coach nationally competitive athletes or anything.

i think the average person goes mainly for looks when looking for a personal trainer. if you look like you lift even with clothes on the average person will think you look quite impressive.

Only got fit last year (reached my goal weight and bf% in October) but I got my first job in years around that time because I didn’t look like a fat slob in the interview, and while my luck with women hasn’t really increased (I prefer guys) I have noticed that they talk to me more and actually maintain eye contact lmao. Same with men, being fit makes you more attractive and seem more put-together and in control of your life. Which is pretty funny to me since I was sick and unemployed for 3.5 years, no one suspects that I’m a 25 year old who lives with his parents and doesn’t drive unless I tell them. People think I’m only about 20 now.

Zebras let the male that they are ready for reproduction by lifting the tail and blinking the pussy.
When you are strong as fk, woman do the same.

Get away from those. This is a signal that those woman dont worth nothing serious. It even risky to get something from those pestilent red swollen ass baboons

No it has had the opposite effect
I used to get approched a lot more when I was skinny, had several girls pretty obviously hit on me, was even voted among the hottest in school in one of those dumb lists chicks make
Now several years of all-male schooling and lifting, 18 yrs old back out on the streets and it seems I lost my charm

iktf, bro. That’s why I’m working on getting back into lean runner shape. Being lean feels better anyway and I feel like I can confidently approach any woman in the room when I’m down to like 160-170.
