        Browsing in IST alone gives me motivational boost. Same with watching boxing/mma/rugby. I also mire myself in the mirror on a daily basis.

    first off, what kind of stuff do you have and also, https://youtu.be/wLHGiimD1jE this guy did a video on just doing small workouts for 15-30 minutes a couple of times a day, it could work for you to just bring a little bit of activity and get some results or have maximal results! just start small and short and try not to overdo it!

    You want motivation? What are your goals? Do you want a girlfriend? Do you want to look better? Do you want to have the power to make others respect you?

    How important are these goals to you? If there were a way to slightly increase the chances of these goals being fulfilled, surely you would do it?

    That way is working out. Now go to your fricking home gym, put on some music that makes you want to kill people (https://youtu.be/wy9r2qeouiQ?t=41 works for me), and lift some fricking metal.

    Today I realized that the reason I stopped lifting when i got a gf 6 months ago is not because I did it for girls in the first place but because I can now stand myself. I don't hate myself as much so I stopped lifting. Haven't seen my Gf in a week now and the urge to lift is coming back. My brain is filled with thoughts again and the only way I know to make it stop is to lift. Humans are so complex its insane

    do something really minimal like squats 3x5 times per week 1 day of deadlift 1x5 and 2 days of ohp 3x5.

    The answer is, take it easy! Don't be too ambitious with the weights but train hard, spazz out all you like. You're alone at home after all. Even a short 45 min workout is better than none.
    After a while you'll break your body in, the fatigue and hesitation will go away.
