    You can buy just the patty for like $2 a piece. When I was doing carnivore it was a staple when I was traveling because all that's in the patty is beef, salt, and pepper. I'll have 2 or 3 of those

        drink water, no problem. pickles also have high sodium. also protip the sodium is a lot in the cheese so get without cheese, drink water, and do cardio. unless you have hypertension then you can eat salt no issue. only old boomers freak about sodium

    Double QPs no cheese are actually decent macros. You can feed half the bun to the birds if you want. When I'm traveling for work and dont have a kitchen in my hotel room, fast food like mcd is easy and consistent. know exactly what I'm getting, then hit up the hotel gym or use my anytime fitness nationwide
