>have shitty sleep schedule my whole life
>have enough of it
>stay up 36 hours one day
>sleep easily from exhaustion
>force myself to wake up at specific time from multiple alarm clocks
>start getting daily exercise/vitamin D
>works
>now wake up at the crack of dawn every morning for the past week
Can't believe it was that simple, feels good

    >as a result she's literally more deranged than Lainey herself
    >parents insist it's not her fault she's insane, when it's obvious she just wasted her youth and can't cope with it
    >drives me absolutely MAD
    >regularly have trashy interrupted sleeps now because I'm BOILING inside at all times
    >might actually have to become a rentcuck now
I don't have enough money to buy my own place yet, and I don't think I can stay here for much longer without beating up this worthless b***h and going to prison. How can I get this dumb parasite out of our house? I don't wanna become a subhuman paying 500+ bucks per month for a small miserable rentcage

1000 if we include all expenses. 1000 I can save every month now to buy my own property, and not become a rentoid day to day slave who WILL never own anything

The landlord worked and earned the money to buy a property. Now they are providing badly needed rental unit supply to the market.
          >1000 I can save every month now to buy my own property

      My brother

      >terrible sleep schedule whenever he comes home from another time zone so Night of the Annoying homosexual is guaranteed
      >is a """musician""" (aka STEM is le overwhelming) and practices his nails on a chalkboard Celine Dion singing past 9:00PM
      >parents are so laissez faire there is ZERO enforcement of anything he does
      >occasionally force a "I hate it too but I am too incompetent or unwilling to do my job as a parent" out of them (explains how I ended up here)
      >no masculine influence at home or college so annoying female friends and mom are his guidance (I think dad tried enough with me before I got my shit together and is now done)
      >acts like a narcissistic woman as a result
I get bros. The effects of uninvolved parenting (the constant for all of us AFAICT) is catastrophic. I know I need to set a better example for him but it's hard to do that when you get burned every time you try like running the washing machine at 1AM (tame compared to the stuff I've had to deal with). Once we make it bros it won't even matter.

    >Able to sleep anywhere anytime right up until I start engineering degree
    >Stressed constantly from studying, tests, labs
    >Don’t get a full unbroken 8 hours of sleep for 4 years except in summer when working manual labour jobs

    >Unemployed for months after while looking for a job
    >Sleep like a baby

    >Sleep cycle returns to broken trash
    >Stress from work keeps me from sleeping well
I haven’t had a full night of unbroken sleep in almost 10 years now, except for when I’m on vacation. My life is hell. It has bombed my testosterone. I’m always so damn tired.

Is engineering really that hard? Was thinking of shifting to EE from CS since its a meme degree

It was for me. I did an Arts degree before engineering. I went back to take it because I needed to get a job, and an Arts degree wasn’t going to work. I never have been a technically inclined person but our gay modern economy requires it unless you want to be broke. Now I’m a decade in, a senior engineer, and buck broken mentally from it. I literally failed high school math then brute forced my way through chemical engineering. I’m just so damn tired.

Checked and this was me but I got used to it. Rarely ever slept for more than 4 consecutive hours since end of highschool. When my kids were infants it was easy because I was already up half the night. Just convince yourself you don't need it.

I was considering double majoring in cs and engineering, not really sure which engineering I should pursue though? currently in second semester at community college, so probably need to decide soon.

Computer engineering is a mix of computer science and electrical engineering, would be your best bet
Varies from university though. My school only has a combined electrical and computer engineering degree so doesn't teach as much in terms of pure CS although other schools might.

I've heard that engineering and cs have basically same class requirements, it's just the major specifics that are different, so it works out to roughly 1 extra class per semester.
I really need to sit down with a counselor but they're so fricking incompetent at this school and ever since covid you can't do shit in person anymore.

Engineers freshman year take gened courses, calculus and physics so not far off from CS majors besides a couple programming
However sophmore year and beyond they vary greately. You'll be about a year behind if you plan on starting intro engineering courses your junior year

guess I should've clarified but I've done almost all general ed. I got an associates like 15 years ago. I'm just taking advanced math and will have advanced science, and my cs courses. basically doing everything I can at community college before transferring. still have at least 3 semesters of math if I pass intro calculus this semester (which I should). never struggled this much in math before though.

    >1 week.
This is like saying "yeah i been going to the gym for 1 week". That is nothing. Watch out for nights when you dont get enough sleep and you start rationalizing that you need to more sleep so you go to bed again or start snoozing. that is when you will frick the sleeping schedule up again.

Who the frick even does that? Hitting the snooze button is for morons. If you're gonna try to demoralize OP, come up with better examples, at least.
