yes, but it's mostly a cope unless you have a near deformity like picrel, it's also an incredibly fragile thing, mms are meters on the face, one mistake and you're bogged forever. i've seen some harrowing results on the old psl and looksmax forums that put me off for good

yes, but these are well-known and mostly result from an accumulation of surgeries. but I've seen people fricking themselves up with only an implant or a bimax or rhyno. normie stuff. I dunno man, that power into the hands of someone else frightens me to be honest

some of them, it's a mixed bag. you can find some crazy stuff on there, but a lot of their theory is sound and actually kickstarted the blackpill movement that's now nearly mainstream. even a simple rhino or bimax can frick you up. but I understand taking the risk

Yes, got a sliding genioplasty and considering a chin wing osteotomy. Good results so far.

Also considering electronic hair removal on nose, upper face, upper cheeks, chin, and back to reduce oily skin, acne, and simply shaving.

If I could go back in time and give 9 year old me a 5 year supply of sugar free gum I wouldn't need these surgeries, but oh well.

Just don't get implants if you're doing bone stuff and you'll be okay. I got my bones cut because I want permanent changes that can't be taken away from me.

Yeah I want to get my nose fixed because it's crooked and large and hooked (i'm not israeli just ugly) and people have made fun of it since I was a child and I also can't breath out of it properly. I also want to get invisalign since my teeth are crooked because my parents didn't care enough to get me braces when I was a kid and my crooked teeth gave me a crossbite so now my face is slanted. I also have had gynecomastia (not even for a normal reason, it just randomly formed when I was going through puberty) and would like to get that fixed too. Why did I have to be cursed with such a disgusting appearance? Maybe that's why I spend all my time making people angry on the internet.

I’ve thought about it. My nose is similar to Adrien Brody’s but my main flaw is my weak chin. If the surgery for the jaw was less hard (both procedure and post-op) I would do it and leave the nose as it is. The character of the face is given by the maxilla, everything else is secondary.

as a lookismhomosexual i can tell you they probably gave her a chin implant to make it more pronounced, giving her a better jawline and reducing the amount of fat under her chin because its being pulled forward. if you want to look good honestly a lot of it is in the jawline. dont chew hard food or some moronic shit like that, it will just increase the size of your masseters and make you look like a box headed moron. you ideally want your face to be V shaped, almost like an anime character or some such.

I had a giant nose in high school and got bullied for it and thought maybe surgery would make it better but now at 25 my nose isn’t really too big since the rest of my head finally kept growing and everything looks pretty proportional now. I think plastic surgery should be reserved for when you have a facial feature that is actually comically bad like a chin that juts out three inches. It’s sad to see someone who looks perfectly normal get their whole face redone.

      Anonymous

yes, because the human eyes is incredibly adapt at detecting slight deviations from what is standard. I mean women can actually judge your facial attractiveness in less than a second. a lot of results are weird even in pictures ( where they select the top best results) imagine how it looks in real life. it's just incredibly sketchy

I had my maxilla extended and my lower jaw retracted slightly to correct an underbite.

The last video I sent was a bad one.

It's called orthognathic surgery. It honestly wasn't that bad. They wire you up good and go in through the inside of the mouth so you don't have any scars. It was a while ago but I think I spent about two weeks at home and it took a few more months for the swelling to completely subside, but when it did it was completely worth it.

I was never really in any pain throughout the procedure. Lots of aching though and I was finding loose stitches in my gums for up to a year afterwards. Best part is I only pay 2k because it was covered by insurance.

Double jaw surgery and chin implant. Potentially MSE depending on how your teeth look. I've got a better chin but worse jaw than you, have wanted all three operations done for a while but they are fricking expensive. My advice would be to do MSE first (if needed) then DJS then the implant. It'll help with breathing too.

Sort of. I wanted to get adult braces first to fix a mild overbite before I'd commit to any plastic surgery. Unfortunately, I was told that I would have to get jaw surgery to fix the overbite so it's apparently worse than I thought. The jaw surgery involves breaking my jaw and sliding it forwards into the correct position.
Now, I was already resigned to the fact I would have to wear braces for 2 years. I don't care if I'd have perfect teeth. But jaw surgery? I risk face paralysis, unable to speak properly, altered sensation in lower half of face including lower lip, permanent numbness in lower lip and other parts of face, tinnitus, migraines, infections etc. Not even mentioning how long and difficult the recovery would be.

The one thing I can say is that I'm physically completely healthy. I don't think I want to put that on the line but who knows, maybe years of loneliness in the future might change my mind if the alternative is suicide.

that not only requires high and prominent zygos but also extremely lean cheeks genetically. like 99% of men won't have no matter how lean they are. even most models don't have that look in normal conditions
