    >but i can't buy them here!
buy seeds and plant them. they grow like weeds and the plants look great.
just make sure to rinse them several times after boiling until the alkaloids are removed.

I eat a whole salmon by myself everyday in summer.

I've personally stabbed over 450,000 fish.
    Right in the gillplate.
I'm not accounting for fish that I've had to stab multiple times on account of hitting their belly. Those get to die painfully in the sea.

I've had buckets full of sculpin, gasping for air, slowly dying and asphyxiating.
    What you may ask?
A fish that is spiked from nose to tail. They are very cute and purr like a cat when pet.
Why you ask? To bully sea lions. I throw them sculpin, and they painfully choke them down, like the dumb animals they are. When they're convinced I'm going to keep throwing them fish, I throw them a big rock and laugh when they break a tooth.

you have more mercury in you than a pallet of thermometers
      >sculins
i used to fish octopus with my uncle and we got many that looked like those in the traps, not sure if that's what they were. also starfishes. but we never hurt them though 🙁

Sculpins are buddies with cod. You'll see em around octopus too.

I one got a massive bicep just from curling octopus. Used to curl 300 a day to gut and clean em. We could sell em aa by-catch.

Don't see as much these days.

Plant protein is not a real protein, it's as shrimple as that. It's troony protein.

That's a tiny little cousin of a sculpin.
          Sculpins proper are north pacific.
They migrate from fresh water streams to the ocean at some point in their life, lmao.
The small ones I'm used to are probably half a pound.
The big ones have a different shape and are like 10 pounds. I think they're sexually dymorphic.

It's a delicacy in Japan and Korea. We were trying to make an east Asian market for them but the deal fell through.
We catch a lot of them as bycatch.
I'd recommend you look up an Asian recipe.

This recipe looks alright. I think it's traditionally stew with nappa in Japan though

yeah, i'm also a bit worried if the alkaloid intake is that residual if i'm eating 100g of it per day

even if you ignore the toxicity, the bio-availability of the protein probably isn't good and they only contain 7.5% leucine (compared to ~13% for whey).

        >58g protein / euro whey powder
where are you getting it from that cheap?

I get a 20 kg bulk unflavored bag (from a local site sportvoedingmaken.nl).

Lupins are awesome, but they have anti-nutrients too. In particular, a neurotoxin
    >LUPOTOXIN
In small quantities, it's just bitter, goes great with drinks.
If you want to go full moron on lupins, there are selected cultivars with less lupotoxin, but afaik we're yet to develop any without it at all.
