Having hard time hitting 2500kcal, I think I eat a lot but counter says I only get max 1900kcal. Should I just eat some crisps, or scoop up butter or what?

      I could hit 2000 calories with one protein shake. You either eat like a skelly or don't understand nutrition at all. If your solution was to eat crisps I'm assuming it's the latter.

      better suggestion would be to blend ice cream and peanut butter. easily +1000kcal in a shake that you can sip in 30 seconds.

    Step 1: take a teaspoon of sugar or olive oil or butter
    Step 2: add to food item of choice
    Step 3: it tastes and feels almost exactly the same but now with more calories

    Or just eat a loaf of bread. Or a candybar. Or 2 glasses of milk.

      1/2 cup of oats
      1 cup of milk
      2/3 cup of unsweetened fat free yogurt
      1tbsp honey
      2tbsp peanut butter
      whey powder
      -I got some flavorless from a big bin at my local market that 20g protein and 100 calories per 26g
      -you can get it flavored but it's going to have a lot more bullshit in it
      Then you can throw in some ice to make it a smoothie
      Depending on the kind of milk you use you can probably get one of these close to 900 calories and 50g of protein.

    buy those peanut 34.5 oz tubs and eat 100g a day for an extra 500 calories and put olive oil in your shakes and u will hit 2500kcal

    Eat loads of nuts like cashews or peanuts, or maybe something sugary, like cereal or ice cream. Cook with a lot of of olive oil or butter. If you really want to boost your appetite, you could consume cannabis before every meal. Avoid caffeine and nicotine, they kill your appetite.

    frozen banana
    cup of milk
    pb
    greek yogurt

    thatll probably give you several hundred more calories. also make a bowl of oats with milk honey dried fruit and nuts and youll get like another 600-700 calories. then add in a standard chicken rice beans olive oil and youre pretty close with only 2 meals and a shake. from there you got snacks you can do and olive oil/peanut butter to supplement. bagels are like 270 cals alone. fruit juice like oj and apple juice is an easy 120 calories both and youre at 220 with a good amount of sugars/carbs. treats like oreos and milk can be super easy 500 calories and take up small stomach space
