Do any of you do jumprope cardio? I know one absolute monster who used to jump rope at work near the end of the day. I'm about to spend some time in a miserable hellhole where running outside isn't an option, so stationary cardio might be the way to go and treadmills are turbogay. No idea how to plan an actual jumprope workout though

shorter rest period and the right RPE could make it like HIIT
