I am a skeleton and I can confirm this, but I would say a certain amount of good form pullups and certain variations can give and idea of calisthenic type strength.

Was Deadlifting yesterday, on a whim I tried to pr, I did 158 kg and only barely got it. My grip and hamstrings were overwhelmingly my weak points on it, hamstrings at the very start and grip towards the top. Everything else felt great and had no discomfort. How easy or hard is it for me to fix these two areas?
Never used wrist straps but I'd imagine they'd help with grip. Hamstrings however have been a very big issue for me, my RDL numbers are stupidly weak.
