after my last meal I will usually eat some pickles or something and the salt raises my blood pressure just enough to simulate the feeling of eating a large meal

im eating the same calories but my theory is that im spiking my insulin higher to trick my body into thinking im not starving. havent had any negative effects so far and im not more hungry than usual

it does not, a moderate dose test only cycle will have ZERO negative impact on your health, if you think otherwise, you're absolutely clueless about the topic, the fact that nobody even brought up roids and you went screeching "BUT LE HECKIN ROIDERINOS BAD" (pic related, you, probably) implies some mental issues related to muscle/body (likely a jealous DYEL or somebody whose girlfriend cheated on with a roider)

the reason i brought up roiders is that there is so many examples of shitty unhealthy advice and lifestyles within "fitness", it feels unfair that I am getting dogpiled in this thread by people who have no actual reasons or opinions they are just calling me moronic because their favorite roider eats rice instead cookies

then why are you even making this thread asking about random shit like this when you fully know where you are, if that works for you that's great, keep your insulin levels in check and keep doing what works for you

just wanted to know if there's anything I should be genuinely concerned about but instead just got called a moron by dogmatic nerds. no valid concerns have been mentioned so im not worried
