Healthmaxxxing advice thread

What changes in your diet/supplementation/lifestyle made you healthier? Once or twice a year I tend to get sick in an unusual way. I feel like I got hit in the head, I can't get my thoughts together and have very mild cough, nothing else usually. It's probably a virus infection, but I don't know what to do about it. I'm running 6 days a week and my diet isn't great but I never eat sweets/junk food.
What works for you, IST?

Eating meat 3 times a day feels great. It’s given me so much energy and mental clarity. Plus my sex drive is going wild

Don't believe the anti crack memes, lad. I've been smoking crack for over 4 years and have witnessed no side effects even though I have been smoking for crack close to 4 years

    >quit smoking, ripped my heart out for the first year or two, literally felt like grieving for a dead friend
    >walk most places within five miles, 4-five days a week
    >did pushups for two years, moved up to pullups, four and six years of my fit journey, fifth month lifting and plenty of newb gains
    >stopped eating like shit(fried seedoils/ ramen). try to cook at home. basic poorgay diet of eggs, hdogs, butter, bread, rice, oats, tuna, beef, chicken, avocadoes and water. minimal sugar use except for coffee or mints.
    >quit social media, have at least two or three hobbies to keep occupied

        >did this feeling persist for long when you decided to quit?
only for the first two years. 6 years in
        it's definitely 75% a psychological battle
every now and then I would get cozy dreams of lighting a toasty one up.
all the best of luck, anon. Just keep pushing on through, denying the urge or sating the sensation with chewing gum.

    >What changes in your diet/supplementation/lifestyle made you healthier?
    >Diet
Cut out junk food and processed food. Lowered sugar intake. Eat whatever I want as long as I cook it myself but try to stick to healthy food generally. Started eating more fermented foods. Avoid all carbs for breakfast and lunch, only have protein and fats, eat carbs at dinner time.
    >Supplementation
Mostly take the standard stuff, fish oil, creatine, and vitamin D in the day, magnesium and zinc at night. Occasionally take some other stuff like a multivitamin or vitamin K2, also started taking tongkat ali, tyrosine, and choline with breakfast to boost energy levels.
    >Quit porn and nicotine, mostly quit drinking or at least never get drunk anymore. Sleep 7 to 9 hours a night and exercise regularly (weightlifting and BJJ). Get some sunlight every morning to set my body clock/sleep timing. Only use caffeine 3 or 4 days a week so it remains more effective when I use it to get work done. Set regular, achievable goals for myself.
