There is no meme. Polyunsaturated fats have been the staple of human health for millions of years. Everyone knows, every health organization, everyone who has taken a basic nutrition class understands saturated fats are unhealthy in excess.
I didn't fall for the seed oil bad grift that keto grifters and facebook moms are pushing. I'm not a moron.

Abundance is absolutely an argument. You're acknowledging it right now that polyunsaturated fats, enough to equal even a tablespoon wouldn't be possible without agriculture and wouldn't be part of a sustainable cultural diet long term.

Unironically the old pyramid. High carb, moderate protein, low fat, plant based but not vegetarian or vegan. Have your little piece of meat at dinner, drink your three glasses of milk, but oats, rice, potatoes--these are the foundation.

Free of PUFA toxicity and vitamin A toxicity.
1lb of meat + 1lb of grains is a complete diet, but people overcomplicate it.

    Herbs are toxic
    Sneeds are toxic
    Veggies are extremely toxic
Dairy has been poisoned by vitamin A palmitate

At least 10% of calories from carbs, fat, and protein for general health, with the rest adjusted for personal goals. Usually 33/33/33 for general health, or protein/carb dominant for resistance and cardiovascular exercise.

Food quality evaluated primarily by micronutrition per calorie, within the bounds of macronutrient needs.
In practical terms, that means a lot of unprocessed fruits and vegetables, with some minimally processed dairy and high-quality meats. Whole and unprocessed grains run a psychological risk of overuse, but heath-wise fit in just fine.
A variety of foods is generally superior to any specific food, even when the micronutrition is marginally better, in order to get an even spread of nutrition.

Processed sugars and added salts should be avoided whenever possible. Naturally present variants are a little less clear in the evidence, but are generally much more acceptable.

Fad diets and other pop-culture bullshit should be evaluated with replacement in mind. Nearly any diet is healthy when the alternative is getting all your calories from gummy bears and vodka. Likewise, almost any pop-culture diet is a detriment when compared to a balanced and varied diet of whole and unprocessed foods. If your diet is dogshit, a fad might help. If it's good, it probably won't.

Plant protein is better than animal protein so beans, rice, and grains are all good sources of nutrients. Combined with yogurt, eggs, and fish it is basically a complete diet. You can also add the occasional fruit for extra carbs.
