Every day I make a smoothie consisting of four eggs, two cups of oats, 4 cups of chopped fruits and veggies (whatever is on sale), a cup of yogurt, and 2 cups of milk. I add flavor like ginger and honey too. I drink half of the smoothie in the morning and half in the evening. That’s all I eat in a day. It makes me feel really healthy and full.

I bought a bag of baby carrots last night and had less self control than I do with chips.
They were just SO crunchy and slightly sweet I couldn't stop myself

I'm from Ireland, that amount of food did not cost 100 euro from Lidl, it's more like 50 euro. Also never heard of The Good Neighbour.

I eat variants on the same thing most days. It might not be autistically optimized but I like, shopping goes on autopilot and I could maintain this for the next 50 years. The dinner varies a lot which masks that its basically the same thing every time, from curry to pasta pesto to lemongras chilli noodles etc.
