    >Bun
    >Healthy
Lol, no. The bun is most of the calories. When I worked at McDonald's, people would often order their quarter pounders "protein style" which was basically exchanging the buns for lettuce leaves.

I could do without the cheese but other than that, I'd love the bottom.

If the burgers weren't drowned in that shitty tasteless plastic cheese it'd be decent. Total waste of calories. don't know about the oil they're cooked in though, could just be the beef fat from the burger.

You could replace the bun with with a whole wheat whey-flax bun that has 10-20g of protein and shittons of fiber.

The problem is actually the salt and ground beef. Lean low salt ground beef patties don't taste very good.

We’ve been through this so many times. You can make a healthy burger at home and it’ll taste great. Most that you buy at restaurants are loaded up with sugar and unnecessary added fats and oils, and aren’t healthy.

There's a reason the top pic doesn't show the sneed oils.
No food is unhealthy, vegetable oil isn't food and it's all about limiting food intake

      >Shit quality meat in the burger, probably frozen, microwaved, processed chemically, from cows fed with onions, glyphosate, and antibiotics, then fried in low quality refined onions oil with silicone anti-frothing agents
      >pickles made with various chemical salt preservatives
      >bun made with sunflower oil, chemically processed flour, tons of sugar
      >non organic GMO lettuce, ditto tomatoes and peppers
      >fake cheese, at very least filled with preservatives and terrible quality dairy
      >burger sauces that are pure seed oil & sugar

If you make a burger at home with traditional recipes and high quality ingredients, yes, it will be healthy.

Researching nutrition and supply chain food quality will ruin your life but that doesn't mean that the information isn't true. Those who poisoned the food supply are to blame, not the one who must contort themselves in knots to avoid said poison.

Some of the antifatphobes i see are so confusing. One second your telling someone to go eat a burger and the next your telling someone they need to lose weight

A quality burger made from proper ingredients will not make you fat. A shit burger from a restaurant will. Fat people are fricking idiots that don't put two seconds of thought into what they consume and react with resentful hostility if you attempt to inform them about what they consume on a daily basis.

It's not. Not even fast food burgers are that bad other than the fact that they're usually laden with oils. The actual problem in your typical fast food meal tends to be the fries or the sauces.

Hamburgers aren’t unhealthy. Over consuming calories is unhealthy. The reason why things like hamburgers, fries, ice cream, candy etc is because they contains tons of fat and carbs which makes them extremely calorie dense and not as satiating as say chicken breast and broccoli. That makes it really easy to overconsume calories when you eat too much of those foods. Yeah it’s good to limit yourself on sugars and saturated fats but the real damage is done by eating more calories than you burn on a consistent basis which leads to diabetes, obesity, increase risk of cancer/heart disease, etc.
