why would you grow your hair out like that? makes you look like a femboy. Also if it doesn't hurt there's no reason to worry about it, no one is perfectly symmetrical

spine no curve. when stand and walk, body is fine. only when pull-up does difference show

You're pulling with left side too much. Pull more with right side.

if i focus on pull-up, my shoulders become equal. but i just curious why naturally my shoulder are uneven

why would you grow your hair out like that? makes you look like a femboy. Also if it doesn't hurt there's no reason to worry about it, no one is perfectly symmetrical

      what is femboy?

If it is scoliosis, try and get that checked out. Make sure the spine's curve isn't getting worse. Could impact your breathing later on.

      spine is fine!!

I see this video before. when do stretch tests, both sides equal. even if there is tiny difference, it not explain why pull-up has such big difference. surely the difference be reflected somewhere in body, right?

Fastest way to fix this is to use a cable lat pulldown. Prob could use a bar then later use a single handle to alternate both sides. Work on compound, then isolate the weaker side afterwards.

      no equipment, only body weight.
left side much stronger than right side

Maybe one side muscles developed more because of your day to day activity, habits. Like carrying bag if groceries strictly with left or right hand, which makes your back work to straighten up.
When I do pullups I feel that one side is weaker than the other. But I try my hardest to engage them equally.
        Hope that helps.
By the way, I have no idea what I'm talking about. Cheers.

im having the same problem and the fix i'm trying is to do scapular pulls and really working on equally pulling with both sides

my worry is it affect me negatively. if i stay healthy, i no worries

I'm the same, for me it's because of a shoulder injury I sustained in highschool wrestling. It doesn't affect my ability to do pullups or hurt in any way, it just results in one sides teres major growing more

you have no issue in body otherwise?

I used to have alot of shoulder pain, but that was from the injury and would happen even in my regular day

Scapular depression would be my first guess.

Initiate the pull with full scapular depression and really focus on it. This will strengthen that position and possibly reveal problems with form.

More than this, dedicate a few months to l-sits. You can do them tucked. It will be the most strength focused way to build scapular depression strength without worrying about equipment or exercises. You can do them anywhere. Just measure how long you can do them for and add time.

i do l-sit daily. i can do very well yes yes.
only concern is will this imbalance be bad for my body in long run no?

Judging by your left trap it is either not engaging the same amount as your right trap or it cannot because it is not as strong.

How symmetricl is your l-sit? Get a back shot of your traps/shoulders in l-sit. Im guessing that either it is unbalanced or your arms are unsymmetrically positioned in your chin up

          interesting. thank for telling

          Are you left handed OP?

yes, left hand is main hand

You are facing the wrong side. One slip and your in snappy citty

          can explain more?

you're supposed to hold the pullup bar from the other side (where the handles are) so you don't make the bar fall when your body wight shifts forward. Still I don't think pullup bars are safe at all even if you use them correctly. I only use rings cuz I don't wanna break my bones from falling

Since it seems to be non issue when you sit like this maybe it's tight or weak muscles elsewhere
Picrel maybe you're tight in the green circle and weak in the purple. Maybe it's elsewhere in your hips or something

Look up an anatomy diagram and massage and stretch all the muscles that might be pull your scapula upwards. At least that's what worked for me when I had your problem.

Firstly, stop jacking off so much. The nofap will go well the the roids we can tell you do because of your back acne.

Second, stop pulling with your arms. Instead, from a dead hang at the bottom, try to aim your nipples up and touch them to the bar. Don't think about pulling up, think about pulling your elbows down and to your rear.

Do all this and you'll fix your muscle imbalance and work your back muscles better. Also put fat gripz on that bar.

no steroid , i use none of this steroid okay

If you can, do some pilates classes and make mention of this imbalance. Even yoga might do some good but I find pilates much better for this type of thing. Shoulder dislocations (not literally; look it up) with a straight bar may help with shoulder flexion too. I broke my mid/upper back (t5 and t6) in a motorbike accident which led to all sorts of other issues. My posture was ruined and compensating my movements to avoid pain radiated to my shoulders and hips. Then from shoulders to hips, you can imagine your whole body ends up dysfunctional. Also a musician so standing with a heavy instrument for long periods became unbearable and gradually a lean got worse and worse as I deteriorated. By far the most beneficial thing would be pilates. good luck bro, nip this in the bud before it wrecks your shit.

this the issue. i good flexible in all ways, no pain no issues. but concern; will this developer into bad thing?

people really do wide grip chinups?

i hear wide grip chin up slow can help with imbalance
