      No, obliques should be worked in order to reduce the curvy transition from waist to hips. Don’t overdo it though and fuck up the v-taper.

    The replies are pretty good here.I would add that you should have an extra back and shoulders day added to your routine. Focus on vertical pulling instead of horizontal pulling for your back work and spam medial delt flyes. Do shrugs too

    on a serious note, are there plastic surgeries for the hips? Lots of people are talking about bogging their face or getting longer legs, both options feel very dangerous. However, skimming of a part of your hips sounds fairly safe (for a male), and I can always say to everybody that I just lost some kgs. Anybody tried this angle?
