Are you stupid? Do you think honey is highly refined and processed sugar?? Bees make that shit bro they're not industrial machines they're creatures of nature, ofc the end product isn't going to be highly processed like the other sugary garbage out there.

I thought you could only purchase """honey""" in burgerstan?

Yuropoors really be heavily propagandized. Imagine believing that literally not everything is available in the US. I go down the street to a farmers market to buy honey from a guy who owns a bee farm. Or I could go to the grocery store and right next to the shit honey is the locally produced raw honey. The only thing not available in the US is yuropoor fast food and restaurants because they're all shit. UK has thousands of mcdonalds but I see no fricking greggs

everyone making this point is really saying it's not widely available in the US
I can go to the store here and get real honey right now, don't have to go to the farmers market

You can also buy honey in glass jars. Pic related is also from Wal-Mart: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Naturally-Healthy-Mountain-Ridge-Organic-Honey/182311781

There were several other brands in glass jars on the website as well. Do non-Americans really just not comprehend what it's like to have nearly unlimited options? We have honey in plastic bottles, honey in glass jars; filtered honey, pasteurized honey, unfiltered honey, raw honey; honey from different types of flowers... Go to different stores and you can find different selections, and we haven't even touched on getting honey from neighbors, farms, and farmer's markets.

This is the real truth of what it's like in America, we have OPTIONS. Lots of bad options, yes, but just as many good options, so you can take your pick of what you want. Set your values, set your price, and you'll find something out there that meets your needs. Propagandists in other countries love to focus on all the bad options and pretend that's all there is, but the reality couldn't be further from the truth.

Basic sanitation and not drinking unfiltered lake/stream water is all you need to protect yourself from that, not to mention it's easily fought off if you have a healthy gut flora and immune system. You don't have to pasteurize all your food to protect yourself from this and in fact not pasteurizing all your food will likely aid in prevention of problems from such a basic germ.

Stop making it seem like it's some sort of intrinsic process used by big evil companies to make you weak, it's literally just heating up something to certain temperature for certain amount of time. That's it. Are you afraid of cooking too? Do you eat your meat and eggs raw?

            >Stop making it seem like it's some sort of intrinsic process used by big evil companies to make you weak
Never said that. It's a process used with good intentions of keeping people safe from muh spooky bacteria and instead ends up making people weak as a byproduct of this overzealous attempt at safety.
            >Do you eat your meat and eggs raw?
            Yes.
            >If you really worry so much just eat probiotic rich foods
The funny thing about this is that storebought yogurt, kefir, and kombucha is often pasteurized and it's not always made clear. So even fermented foods that are eaten for the bacteria are often sold to you as dead, sterile products.
            >with the specified shit you actually need
We don't actually know enough about the gut microbiome to be able to say what everyone needs with definitive certainty. We don't only need lactobacillus bacteria in our guts, there's all kinds of bacteria from our local environments which we likely need in us that get sterilized away.

Lmao homie. They ate whatever they could find. Including bananas, oranges, and honey. Of course many of the fruits and veggies they ate are not what we're used to. Depending on the time of the year and their location their diets were different. In places with lots of fruits and shit they'd eat mostly those when they were in season. Then others in a different location and season ate mostly meat.

            >They ate whatever they could find. Including bananas, oranges, and honey.
            The three key differences are:

            1. They only were able to eat those things when they were in season and available, so only a couple months each year assuming those things were even around. These days we have fruit and honey available all year round in the grocery store, out of season and location thanks to modern shipping.

            2. The fruits they ate were far smaller and far lower in sugar content, modern fruit are just watery candy bars cultivated into gigantic sugar bombs. Pic related, bottom is the kind of banana your ancestors actually ate, so don't equate that shit.

            3. They went through periods of feast and famine. Eating more fruit and honey in the fall would help fatten them up for the winter where food would be harder to come by. There were no 3 square meals a day like we have now, the readily available nature of food is why we have to actively limit our consumption of it where our ancestors ate what they found because they might go days without food at a time.

You can, but don't swallow too much of the honeycomb because it's waxy and can create intestinal blockages. Typically you would take a bite out of the honeycomb, chew it and suck out all the honey, then spit out the wax.
