Help. I know nothing.

I am 21, 210 pounds. I know nothing about exercise. My mom is anemically skinny, the rest of my family is fat, me included. I dont want to be this way anymore. A friend recomended me a pdf by Michael Mentzer, but I still do not have an idea of a routine. Schedule wise I have been free since I took a hiatus from college, I will be working soon however. I have a history of smoking and have a weak personality, (excessive coomer/sleeper.) Money is not an issue for me. I pass out after eating sweets, (ex: I knocked out on my table after eating a plate of mangos) I can lift my 75 pound dog 14 times, and I used to run with a neighbor.

Please, help me, I dont want to be fat anymore.

I dont want to be this way anymore. Please help.

Buddy, nobody can give you magic to stop cooming and sleeping.

You just need a basic routine. 4 days a week, even if it starts at home with bodyweight exercises. Increase protein in your diet, and cut out processed sugar crap.

Just watch david goggins x amount of times before you're motivated enough to run half a mile.

Follow the reddit PPL, try to eat slightly less than you would normally and replace some sugary shit with more protein
You're gonna have DOMS for a few weeks but then it'll subside and become easier
Just force yourself to do it, no excuses, otherwise you'll stay a fat b***h all your life and one year from now you'll say to yourself "I could have started one year ago and look a hundred times better"

    >and have a weak personality
You must suffer more. If you can still experience emotional suffering then you have not suffered enough. This is the issue with incels. They suffer only as little as possible, and wonder why all they do is suffer. You need to do it more. The best way to overcome something is to endure something even worse.
Remember: If you haven't killed yourself yet, it simply is not bad enough.

This is no schizo idea, it is simply a true rite of passage into manhood. Compare the modern "rites" of finishing school and being given the title of adult just because you're now a certain age to the ancient rituals where you would prove yourself by either taking copious amounts of psychedelics and killing the boy in you or some physical test of worthiness.
You either kill the weak boy and be reborn as a man that is above weakness, or you wither away as a manchild.

Based. I was also a depressed "suicidal" homosexual once. Hit rock bottom and realized that I actually don't like wallowing in depression very much. Now I'm in a much better place, physically and mentally. Depression is for teenage girls. Either have a nice day or man the frick up

Same with me. I unironically stopped being a depressed c**t after I started making my mindset about "being depressed is for gays and Black folk, I'm better than this"
Now I unironically do this with everything
        >"Muh I'm lazy"
        >Think only Black folk are lazy
        >"I wont talk to that chick"
        >Think only homosexuals are scared of that shit

This mindset been making me tougher and happier for probably 5 or 6 years when I almost tried killing myself in my car

Stronglifts 5x5 and at least 500 calorie caloric deficit is the most braindead easy way to make huge progress for morons like you.

    just start lifting
go out today or tomorrow and get a gym membership
you might have to force yourself to go there the few first weeks/months, but if the gym is for you you'll get used to it very quickly and make it a routine.
along the way you'll learn what exercises do what, you'll build your own program and learn about diet and nutrition. the most important thing right now is to start.

also, make sure you do every exercise right. if you don't know how to do something, ask a trainer.

    >count calories and don't eat more than 1500kkcals every day
    >do cardio 2-3 time a week, at least one hour (swimming, cycling, running)

Do this for a year and then come back.

Anon this is actually concerning to me.
My mother has the EXACT same thing happen to her and it turned how she was born with diabetes and was only diagnosed in her 50s, and they said this was likely a symptom of that. Struggling to lose weight is also a sign of diabetes as well, as your lack of insulin throws your body out of whack. Might be worth researching anon.

just find a free program online and start lifting
