    You know the saw game in which you need to cut off pieces of yourself to weigh down the scale so screws wouldn't drill into your skull? Do that but singleplayer.

    If its for a weight in, just runwith a sweat suit. Run 1h every morning, 1st thing you do. Drink glass of water after. Skip breakfast. Eat lunch, no carbs no salt. Run again at 4pm with a sweatsuit. Come home, same deal for dinner.
    Repeat until weigh in day. Do you fight 24h after weight in? If yes, ask a friend to come at your place on the eve of weight in. Wake up, dont drink. Take a very hot bath, fifteen minutes. Have your friend watch over you and keep talking to you to prevent you from passing out. After 15 mins, go out, dry yourself completely, repeat 4 times.
    After that put towels on the floor, and lie on it. Have your friend cover you up in 5 layers of towels at least, while making sure you're awake. Do this for 30 mins. Drink a glass of water. Sleep. Tomorrow you weigh in. If you're still to heavy, jumping jacks in a sweatsuit.
    After the weigh in, do not eat anything heavy/solid. Drink energy gels and energy drinks. Eat a juicy fruit like oranges. You need the liquid and sugar. For dinner eat carbs, do not eat fatty food. You will fight tomorrow. Eat carbs for breakfast.

    If the weigh in is the day of the fight, just run/jumping jacks in a sweat suit. It will be hard, but if you can shed the 10lbs its good. Do not recuperate with solid food if you fight in under 3h of your weigh in. Same deal as above. In any case rehydrate yourself is a must, byt with energy drinks which has sugar and salt in it. Just water would go straight through you.

    What is your bf% now? Pic rel was me at 68kg, I had to lose 3kg in a day for my (cancelled, fuck you my opponent) fight.

      2nd this, also if you have access to a sauna it can be a useful tool to sweat out a fuck load of water. You can do your cardio before but definitely make sure you drink your class of water before going in, and keep it to like 30m or less. You'll sweat like a pig.

      To lose 8 pounds of fat in 3 days requires that, in those 3 days, you burn a net ~28,000 calories. This simply isn't possible. It takes 10-12 hours of running at a 5k pace to burn around 10,000 calories -- and that's a pace that people normally keep up fro 15-20 minutes.
      Realistically, if you tried to do this by excercise, you'd hospitalize yourself.

      It sounds like you fucked up your weight class and are trying to drop back down out of cruiserweight. You will not succeed in this.

      fat cut ≠ water cut. Why would I NEED to burn 8 pounds of fat in 4 days??? God every time I make a post on this fucking forum I remember how few people on here actually train or lift or compete.

      Holy shit dude do you like have any idea what you are talking about at all? Do you have any idea how much middleweights weigh before their fights? (you mentioned boxing so i assume this is what you are thinking about) do you have any idea how much excess water your body holds and how much can be safely removed? I am just looking for tips on how to cut water weight. 8 lbs of water weight is literally nothing, but like I said its my first cut so I just want to go about it safely. People cut WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY more than this in shorter amounts of time for competition dude please stfu go play kid.
