Whenever I try to exercise I start getting heart palpitations. They happen throughout the day, but are more common when exerting myself.
I try my best to go easy on the cardio. Went to the doctor, and they told me I have a slightly higher heart rate and to do some tests later. I don't want to go again because wait times are horrendous and I don't want to get sick in exam season. Any tips on what it might be, or anything I can do to mitigate it.
I used to train running for a few years in middle school, and I was quite decent at it. I drink a lot of black tea, idk if that might be an issue? 19 year old Male btw ~60kg/130lbs.
just go back to the doctor you literal retard
what does your typical day of eating look like newfren
bread, paste, eggs, various meats.
do ground beef, eggs and water ONLY for a week and report back, salt ad lib
I pray for anyone who genuinely follows IST/nel/ advice
i pray that i live to see all you garden gnomes brutally murdered
Hmmm... Did you get the covid shot, OP?
Had this problem before covid
You might have heart insufficency or not fully closed heart chambers. Go to the fucking doctor and do a MRI/CT
I did an EKG, and there was nothing unusual apart from a slightly higher heart rate. I did a blood test in a private clinic, and things were more or less fine. I think there was something about how I may have had slightly less red cells, but within margins.
I also did have a lot of stress during the times I was exercising, so it could be that. Any tips on general heart health?
if it happens when you exercise you need to do a stress test. essentially an ekg while you're running on an elliptical.
It could be anxiety. It makes the stomach spasm. Or it could be heart palpitations and your doctor should run tests immediately.
Eat more healthy fat (animal fat), stop eating seed oils and eat more electrolytes (salt)
>Exam season
You have anxiety. Palpations come from anxiety usually. Do you have trouble sleeping too?
I can fall asleep fine, but my household situation means I can't have a consistent sleep schedule.
That could be a huge factor. Getting enough and consistent sleep is really important.
how many boosters?
the vax claims another. i'll light some candles for your grave anon.
Stop drinking caffeine bro. You literally mentioned it in your first post because you know it’s a problem. And don’t let anyone convince you caffeine is good for you now.
i took adderall about six years ago and that gave me crazy heart issues, my heart was 250+ bpm for a good couple of months. that went away then a few years into covid i started getting chest pains. actually have chest pains right now. unvaxxed, not even tested. im pretty sure covid or long covid is real
I'm pretty sure long covid is real, I got it before I had the vax and i felt my cardio be shit for months after as I had a high cardio labor job.
I once pushed myself really hard when running in high school. Had massive bpm (like 300), was out of breath for hours. Idk if I damaged something, but it couldn't have been that bad, right? Had Covid as well, but I didn't really feel it that much.
you're electrolytes sound like they are fucked. try taking some elec supplements for a week or two and see if it settles
Cardio is extremely bad for your heart. Running over the years will kill your joints, ruin your heart and make you look older. Stop running
