    progressive overload, i'd imagine. This seems to be a slightly bulkier version of the average bodybuilder. It should theoretically be achievable natty, but you'd have to put in herculean effort.

    6 day ppl hypertrophy
    warmup includes calisthetics and some yoga for core and back, bodyweight pushups, squats, core, glutes and hip flexors

    >day 1
    cardio, active warmup
    5x5 bench
    5x5 OHP
    >day 2
    active warmup
    Deadlift 5x5
    superset, 10-14 reps x 5 sets with whatever weight you can do that with. Lateral raises/flies, alternating front raises, standing alternating dumbbell curls, BB rows or DB rows
    >day 3
    active warmup
    5x5 Squat
    meme leg machine superset, doesnt matter after squats honestly just make sure your ass is kicked before you leave
    >day 4
    Active warmup, Rest, eat
    >day 5
    repeat day 1
    >day 6
    repeat day 2
    >day 7
    repeat day 3
    >wants gains
    >still adheres to trivial 7 day week structure
    3 on 1 off ppl is the meta unless you're 6'4, more than 230lbs and look better than me

          It's the proportions. I've never seen someone with such a bulky gut but comparatively slender arms. The gut usually doesn't take up that much of the frame

    3-4 hours full body every day, heavy sets followed by volume, 2g test 3g EQ 700mg tren weekly, for a couple years straight. That should just about do it.
