                and since one is naturally standing on one leg with ball of their foot with hip hiked on the other leg i am talking about the unnatural, essential and willful action of dropping said pelvis on the ELEVATED, lifted off the ground leg

                the slight bend in knee though - that's a game changer, pelvis placement is minor technicality compared to how important for muscle activation is bend in knee:
                if u don't bend knee both tendon of gastrocnemius and upper portion of muscle is rubbing on bones on the back of your knee, this rubbing both irritates the tendon (ur knee hurts for 10-15 seconds once u do ur set) and switches off the muscle in question, this results in no meaningful time under tension on muscle and in result sub optimal growth at best (did i mentioned fricked up tendon?)
                exact same situation is with regular curls with regard to biceps, benchpress with regard to middle of pec major (sternum part), and lateral raises with regard to side delt - that's the reason it doesn't fricking grow, u're griding tendon to dust and preventing muscle from working by rubbing it on bone !
