    An hour a day of walking is nothing especially if you're sat on your lazy ass for the rest of the day. Up that to an hour and a half a day. What is your lifting program like? If it's 3 days a week full body find a less shit routine. Also up your protein and lower your carbs. Your calories can go lower. Stop being a b***h. Drink more coffee.

    on average, you burn 1800-2000 cals just for sitting on your ass. granted, walking is better than doing nothing, but if you'd stop being a gay and put some actual work on your goal doing weightlifting or running, you'd see faster results, it's not rocket science.
    also, you should be eating 1700 cals a day, not 2000 for such a low physical activity

    Recalculate your TDEE and then eat below that. Problem solved. 2000 calories is the average recommended daily intake for the standard adult, so you’ve clearly hit that point and thus eating that much will no longer cause you to lose weight. You solve this by eating less and/or fasting, and you can also get a few extra calories out of upping the amount of exercise you’re doing.

    Obviously you aren't working out enough, you should try either kettlebell russian swings or hindu push ups for cardio and lowering that fat storage in your abdomen 15 minutes a day. Maybe also do some chin ups as a warm up on back days since you got the fridge look going on.

      You're probably going to have to reverse diet to hit your goal in a sustainable way but that's nbd.

      Think about your body like an ecosystem constantly trying to find homeostasis or equilibrium, in this case equilibrium is represented as a set point of body composition. If you want to force an adaptation it's going to take time and incremental adjustments to tdee, training stimulus, and calorie intake.
